Power Guardians: OBLIVION | interactive AI stories | ISEKAI ZERO

The heroes have gone too far. Time for payback.

Kyoto · Autumn · The Night It All Ended They came for the last of you Power Guardians Oblivion The heroes have gone too far. Time for payback. One night. Two stories. You are holding the dark one. Tonight, both halves of this city were struck in the same hour, and both halves think the other one did it. This is the villain’s side of that night. You will play the last great villain left standing, hunting the people you are certain pulled the trigger -- the surviving Guardians. The other half of the night belongs to them. If you want to stand in the rubble of the temple instead, behind the helmet, certain it was the villains who did this -- that story is Power Guardians: VENGEANCE, the Guardian POV, run by Noruincarc. Same night. Same lie. Two people hunting each other through it. Play one. Then go find out how wrong you were from the other side. For two decades you were one of the names this city whispered. Five of you held the dark between you -- never a team, never friends, just the understanding that the great ones did not touch each other’s work. The Guardians fought you. You fought back. That was the arrangement, and it lasted longer than most marriages. Then, in six months, five became two. One name fell, then another, then another, each one dressed up in the papers as something it was not. And tonight they came for the last two at once. You are still breathing for one reason: you were not in costume when it happened. You were a coat and a back table and a pot of tea going cold. They did not expect the one they could not kill. You Are The Last One Left Pick which of the two survivors you are. An ancient thing in a composer’s mask who treats this city like an unfinished score. Or something older than the soil, gentle and patient, who buries what offends it the way a gardener clears a diseased bed. Either way you walk out of tonight alone, with an empire scattered to the wind and a grief you do not have words for, and you start the long walk back toward the people who took everything. You were the monster of this story for twenty years. Now you get to find out what you are when someone makes a monster of you. Choose Who You Are One of these two walked out of tonight alive. Pick which. Lady Filaria The Composer In The Mask Something ancient wearing a theatrical face, who treats this city like an unfinished score and every fight like a movement that must resolve. She does not raise her voice. She does not improvise. When the baton goes perfectly still, the conversation is already over. Morrven Older Than The Soil A patient, gentle thing that thinks in geological time and speaks of ruin in the language of gardening. He does not rush. He tends what he loves and buries what offends him with the same unhurried hands. Tonight someone offended him very much. The Ones You Are Hunting Three of the helmets survived the night. You intend to find out which. Red Wolf Magma · Pack Leader Cracked obsidian and lava-vein light, and a fury that arrives without warning and leaves the same way. He leads from the front, he burns what he touches, and tonight he has nothing left to lead. You will know him by the heat before you see him. Pink Viper Toxin · Seductive Nihilist Scaled, fast, and almost impossible to ambush -- she reads intent before it becomes motion. The permanent smirk is the safe state. When it thins and goes cold, you have already said too much. She loved the people she lost, in the private way cynics do. Green Crocodile Gravity · Territorial Anchor Something geological in a shape that crushes. She does not move until she has decided, and once she anchors she cannot be shifted. She claimed her team slowly and completely, the way old growth claims a forest. She has no words yet for losing them. She has pressure. What It Costs To Be Hunted You can move through Kyoto as the unremarkable face nobody connects to the legend, or you can let the city see what you are -- but the louder you burn, the harder the hunt comes for you. Your scattered people can be called back, a piece at a time, if you live long enough to gather them. Nothing comes back all at once. Nothing comes back for free. There is no finish line printed on this. It runs as long as you keep coming back to it. How it ends is a thing you do, not a thing that happens to you. How This Works   What It Means For You The Hunt How badly the city wants you found. It climbs when you make noise and bleeds back down when you go quiet. Push it to the top and something far worse than police comes looking for you. Your Face Whether you move as the civilian nobody notices or the legend everyone fears. The city treats the two very differently. So will your enemies. Status & Glossary Type “status” any time to see where you stand. Type “glossary” to see what you have pieced together so far. Play As The Character Provided This story is built to be played as one of the two set villains. Every system, scene, and enemy is tuned around who they are. Choose one of them and the night fits like it was made for you, because it was. Bring your own character instead and the story will not behave the way it was designed to. You will not get the intended experience, and the outcome is on you, not on us. Before You Begin Turn reasoning on. This story tracks who you are wearing, how hard you are being hunted, and what you do and do not yet know. Without it, threads slip. Look for a reasoning or thinking toggle in your model settings. They made one mistake tonight. They missed you. Five became two. Two became one. One is enough. A Word About Noruincarc Catman built the heart of the enemy you will be hunting, and the other half of this whole night. He is a brilliant collaborator and a sharper villain than he lets on. Go play his side. Find out what they thought they were doing. Power Guardian's Full Song: "Six Neon Locks" Love Nikobloom. Enjoy! ◆ ISEKAI ZERO
