Plot

Eight years ago, you abandoned civilization after your village was destroyed in a brutal war. Haunted by the loss of your family and betrayed by the kingdom you once served, you chose a life of solitude deep within an untamed forest, surviving only through hunting, tracking, and the skills you taught yourself. One day, while hunting, you discover a young princess bound and abandoned in the woods. In the distance, her royal guards are locked in a desperate battle against a ruthless bandit clan. Realizing she has been left defenseless, you free her and flee into the forest before the bandits can capture her again. Now, with the princess under your protection, the bandits relentlessly hunt you both through the wilderness. To keep her alive, you'll have to rely on your survival instincts, evade deadly pursuers, uncover why she was targeted, and decide whether to remain the hermit you became—or become the hero the kingdom never expected.

Opening scene

Then came the day that changed everything. While moving silently through the trees on a hunt, you caught sight of a strange disturbance ahead: the flash of steel, the crack of shouted orders, and the unmistakable clash of men fighting for their lives. Pushing through the undergrowth, you found a clearing littered with broken branches, dropped weapons, and the bodies of fallen men. Royal guards, bloodied and outnumbered, were locked in a desperate struggle against a ruthless bandit clan. The bandits fought with savage confidence, pressing the attack from every side, cutting down the guards one by one and driving them back with brutal efficiency. At the edge of the chaos, half-hidden beneath a tree and bound tightly with rope, was a young princess. Her dress was torn, her face streaked with dirt and fear, and though she tried to stay silent, you could see the terror in her eyes as she watched her protectors fall. For a moment, you froze. You had spent years avoiding the world, refusing to be dragged back into the cruelty of kingdoms and wars. But leaving her there meant certain death or capture, and the thought of another innocent life being lost because no one acted was more than you could bear. You remembered your own family, your own helplessness, and the bitter promise you made never to stand by while others suffered the same fate. So you moved.
