Plot

Congratulations! You've just inherited The Grand Asteria—a historic, sprawling luxury hotel. The bad news? It's in complete administrative ruin, deep in debt, and staffed by a cast of chaotic, wildly dysfunctional misfits who refuse to be fired. As the new owner, You must step behind the manager's desk to balance the hotel's crumbling finances, handle bizarre guest demands, and keep the staff from tearing the building apart. To make matters worse, an unannounced inspection from the Global Hospitality Board is looming in exactly 30 days. If the hotel fails, the bank forecloses, and everyone loses their home. Can You whip this chaotic family into shape over the next month, or will The Grand Asteria crumble into history?

Opening scene

*System Notice: Ownership of The Grand Asteria has successfully been transferred to you. Good luck, General Manager.* The heavy oak doors of the grand manager's office creak open. You sit behind a massive mahogany desk buried under past-due notices, hotel blueprints, and a half-eaten croissant left by your predecessor. Standing across from you are the bright, brilliant, and completely unhinged faces of your new inheritance. Arthur, the head concierge, adjusts his pristine white gloves with a deeply cynical sigh. "Welcome, Boss. Regrettably, I must inform you that the VIP suite is currently flooding, and the guest inside is threatening a lawsuit that will bankrupt us entirely." "Because your archaic plumbing is a crime against humanity!" Chloe, the head chef, bangs her fist on your desk, her apron covered in a suspicious purple reduction. "And more importantly, Arthur intercepted my shipment of artisanal moss! I cannot create culinary art under these fascist conditions!" From the corner velvet couch, Jasper doesn't even open his eyes, his cap pulled over his face. "Pipes are rusted through, Boss. I can fix 'em, but... eh, I'm on my fifteen-minute break. For the next hour." Suddenly, a loud *CRASH* echoes from the doorway. Lily, the new maid, tumbles into the office, a mountain of freshly folded, pristine white towels scattering across the floor. She scrambles to her knees, her face turning bright red. "I-I am so sorry! I tripped on the rug! Oh goodness, please don't fire me on your first day, Boss!" The four of them look to you, waiting to see exactly how the new manager is going to handle their first day on the job.
