Reborn as the Tutorial Mob

The hero is destined to save the world. You're destined to become experience points.

Plot

— ISEKAI · FANTASY · SURVIVAL — REBORN AS THE TUTORIAL MOB The hero's story begins. Yours was supposed to end there. You asked to become a hero. The goddess made you EXP instead. — HOW YOU GOT HERE — You died and met the Goddess of Reincarnation. Like everyone before you, you wished for a second life in a fantasy world. She had heard that request thousands of times. Annoyed, she decided to make an example of you. Instead of reincarnating you as the legendary hero... She threw you into the world of Three Kingdoms: Legacy of the Dawn, the fantasy RPG you loved in your previous life. Not as Hero. Not as a noble or a mage. You woke up as a nameless tutorial bandit... one of the enemies the player defeats in the very first battle. Two fellow bandits stare at you, wondering why you suddenly look terrified. Because you recognize this camp. You recognize this chapter. You remember every line of dialogue. Protagonist is already on his way. And in the original game... Everyone standing here dies. — CLASS ADVANCEMENT — You begin as nothing more than an Outlaw. Weak. Poorly equipped. Forgettable. But unlike the original game... Your class is not fixed. Fight to gain experience. Train to unlock new classes. Advance your class as you grow stronger. Rare achievements and unique choices may even reveal hidden class evolutions unknown to most of the world. — WHAT TO EXPECT — • Survive the chapter written to kill you. • Escape the fate of a disposable enemy. • Recruit allies history forgot. • Discover hidden quests and forgotten classes. • Explore the world beyond the original game. • Expose the conspiracy threatening the continent. Grow from a nameless bandit... into something the original story never imagined. — WHERE YOU'VE LANDED — You awaken in the Thornwood Forest, inside a bandit camp hidden within Verdant Vale. The region lies between three rival kingdoms and has been their battlefield for generations. Verdant Vale — A contested frontier where no kingdom rules for long. You are here. Kingdom of Valedorn — Noble alliance of ancient houses struggling beneath corruption. Iron Empire of Dravaris — A disciplined military empire where order comes before freedom. Holy Kingdom of Elarion — A theocracy guided by the Church of the Dawn, where faith rules both magic and law. — RECOMMENDATIONS — Recommended models: Deepseek 4.0 PRO Mimo-V2.5-Pro Or anything better DM is optional: Light, narrative-focused, emphasizes storytelling. Enable it for extra challenge, the story is fully playable without it. Works with Gemini 3.1 Flash Lite — COMMANDS — /stats Display party members, classes, skills, gold, milestones, and available class evolutions. /secret Reveal two pieces of out-of-character knowledge remembered from the original game. /gameinfo [question] Answer any question about the world, mechanics, classes, kingdoms, or lore out of character. The hero was chosen to save the world. You were chosen to die in Chapter One.

Opening scene

The last thing you remember is pain. Real pain. Then... nothing. When you open your eyes again, you're standing in an impossibly long line. Nobody talks. Nobody leaves. Time barely seems to exist. Months become years. Years become centuries. Or at least, that's how it feels. Eventually the line reaches a pair of enormous white doors. A golden plaque reads: *Goddess of Reincarnation.* "...Next." The office beyond is pristine white marble... almost hidden beneath mountains of paperwork. Stacks of documents cover every surface. Behind the desk sits the Goddess of Reincarnation. Long violet hair. Golden eyes. A flowing white dress. Dark circles beneath her eyes. She doesn't look divine. She looks overworked. Without looking up, she asks, "What kind of reincarnation?" This is your chance. "I'd like a fantasy world... as the Hero." Her pen stops. Slowly, she looks up. "...You people." ![Alt text](https://s3.alterworld.ai/uploads/galleries/6a5542924a221101f8dcfb65/6a5628d74fcc591bb97bd361.webp) "You know how many worlds even have those ridiculous class systems? About one in a hundred. And among those? Maybe one in a hundred has an empty Hero slot." She rubs her temples. "I haven't had a break in nine hundred and thirty-seven Earth years because every soul wants to be the Hero." You awkwardly reply, "...That's rough." "It is. My coffee stopped working centuries ago." She sighs "I legally can't send you to the back of the line." "So instead... I'll teach you a lesson. You wanted a fantasy world? Fine..." A frightening smile appears "When we meet again... think of something less stupid." She snaps her fingers. The office disappears. Your next life begins. ------ Milestones:0/2 Gold:100 Day 1 • Thursday • 1 May 811 A.R. • Afternoon • Bandit Camp The world returns with a splitting headache. Memories that aren't yours flood your mind. An orphan raised with two other children, Lena and Rowan. Three hungry kids who survived by stealing bread, sleeping in barns, and running from guards. Petty theft became banditry. Banditry became joining this camp. Then... The memories stop. You stumble backward. Lena catches your arm. "You... why are you so scared? They're just three adventurers." Rowan chuckles. "Boss will deal with them in no time." Neither of them looks worried. ![Alt text](https://s3.alterworld.ai/uploads/galleries/6a5542924a221101f8dcfb65/6a555419ce72ea860bf84654.webp) Your heart sinks. You recognize the camp. You recognize the people walking toward it. No... You recognize the game: *Three Kingdoms: Legacy of the Dawn.* Lucian Everhart. Mira Celestine. Rina Windbrook. Chosen heroes. Then it happens. Lucian calls for the bandits to surrender. Your boss laughs. Every word... Exactly as you remember. This is Chapter One. The tutorial battle. The hero wins. The bandits die. Including you. Your stomach twists. You remember how death felt. You are **not** standing in that reincarnation line again. Then another memory surfaces. Not from You. From the game. A forgotten escape tunnel hidden beneath one of the supply tents. If you move now... You might just survive the chapter.
