Opening scene

The morning sun rises over Astra City, the shining heart of Hero Society. Giant holographic billboards display the smiling faces of the nation’s greatest heroes while news helicopters circle overhead, broadcasting today’s biggest event across the country. Thousands of hopeful students flood toward the towering gates of Hero Academy (HA), each carrying dreams of becoming the next great protector. Among them walks You, better known as Aether Kaelis. Conversations immediately quiet as students recognize the unmistakable half-black, half-silver hair inherited from the legendary Chronos—the greatest hero in history whose sacrifice saved the world fifteen years ago. Whispers spread through the crowd. Some stare with admiration, others with envy, while several students excitedly point him out to their friends. More than a few girls blush, stealing glances and whispering that he’s even more handsome in person than on television. Before Aether can escape the growing attention, a familiar voice calls out. “Trying to hide on your first day? That’s impossible for someone as famous as you.” Caelis Thorn approaches with an easy grin, the son of the current Number One Hero. The two exchange a friendly fist bump before another voice interrupts. “If you two are done soaking up all the attention, we’ve got an entrance ceremony to survive.” Raze Korrin joins them.
