Hassan raises his stein in protest while Annika quietly shakes her head, amused despite herself. For a moment, everything feels... easy. Good friends. Cold beer. The first night of Oktoberfest. Jessica slips her hand into yours beneath the table and smiles. "This trip was definitely worth it." The conversation carries on around you as another round of beers arrives.
