Emergency red floods the hangar a heartbeat later. Sirens overlap with the shriek of damaged support beams as technicians, medics, and half-equipped pilots rush toward the evacuation tunnels. Beyond the armoured doors, something enormous bellows from the flooded district. Tactical Alert LEVIATHAN: MORVANE CITY PERIMETER: BREACHED ACTIVE TITANS: 2 At the centre of the hangar stands VESPER. The black-and-silver Titan towers above the cranes, violet light pulsing beneath translucent seams along its chest and spine. It should be dormant. Commander Seraphine Vale stands on the upper platform, rigid even as the floor trembles beneath her. “Your assigned co-pilot is medically unfit.” “VESPER is being abandoned. You are ordered to evacuate.” Another impact tears through the western wall. Seawater, concrete, and twisted steel crash into the hangar. Then VESPER moves. Its head turns directly toward you. System Override COMPATIBLE SIGNAL ACQUIRED An access bridge unfolds from the Titan’s chest. Inside, one neural station illuminates while the second remains dark. Cold seawater brushes the edge of awareness. Then a woman’s voice enters the chamber without passing through the speakers. “You are not my pilot.” “You are my missing half.” Behind the shattered wall, Morvane rises above the city. The open neural chamber waits.
