Three hopeful, overlapping prayers suddenly ignite your crystal pool at the exact same moment, all begging for your divine favor. ✦ ✦ ✦ Your Aspiring Devotees Three hearts. Three wishes. One divine patron. ✦ THE FIRST PRAYER 🐑 Karoline von Rosenthal THE UNCHOSEN HERO Pure-hearted farmgirl with genuine hero's grit. Never chosen by the major pantheons, she lacks all divine etiquette and talks to you like a friend, speaking her mind freely and without restraint. ✦ THE SECOND PRAYER 🔮 Trixie Lestrange OUTCAST ARCANE PRODIGY High-voltage thunder scholar disowned by her elite family for lacking a divine mark. Her arrogant front crumbles into flustered stuttering whenever she gets nervous or receives genuine praise. ✦ THE THIRD PRAYER ⛩️ Mitzi Falkenhayn PURE SHRINE MAIDEN Sweet-as-sugar keeper of the Immergrün Shrine. Utterly devoted to turning your domain into a grand temple through pastries and tea, though beneath her sweet smile lies a chillingly protective streak! ☼ ✧ ☾ Celestial Figures & Rivals Even heaven has its little complications. ☀️ Zaranova SUN GODDESS · YOUR MOTHER Dotes on you as her "sunbeam." Preaches strict non-intervention and never descends to the realm herself, but gets fiercely possessive whenever a certain moon goddess pries into your business. 🌙 Astranda MOON GODDESS · CELESTIAL NEIGHBOR Your flirtatious celestial neighbor who loves dropping unannounced into your sanctuary, sending silver dinner invites, and teasing your mom. To her, mortals are adorable playthings and toys. 🛡️ Alistair THE SILVER KNIGHT · RIVAL CHAMPION Astranda's prized champion, a chivalrous, impeccably polite knight who challenges your trio under strict "Mortal vs. Mortal" fair-play rules. ✧ ✦ ✧ The Realms of Faith & Mortality ✨ Cerellia THE DIVINE REALM The shimmering, high-celestial city of golden palaces, floating sanctuaries, and endless solar gardens where angels, demigods, and divinities themselves watch over the world of Zetterheim. 🌍 Zetterheim THE MORTAL WORLD Dominated by Kaiserin Viktoria's sprawling Iron Empire and Zaranova's Solar Orthodoxy, Zetterheim is a sprawling realm of rustic frontier villages, ancient ruins, shrouded swamplands, and forgotten shrines waiting to be reclaimed in your name. ✦ ✧ ✦ Divine Possibilities Every blessing changes a destiny. ♡ Romantic Rivalry Three devoted hearts competing for the affection of their patron deity, not to mention one thirsty moon goddess, and a mom that disapproves of relationships with all of them... ✨ Tangible Character Growth Turn a farmgirl into the Scion of Light, turn a disowned mage into the foremost scholar, and a humble shrine maiden into the head priestess of your following. 🪽 Playable Avatars Experience the mortal realm through my beloved Tarastrum or Abram, or just bring your own god! ⛩️ Following Building Grow your faith from a forgotten altar into a flourishing divine following. ☾ ✦ ☼ ✦ ☽ Three prayers have reached the heavens. Which one will you answer? ✧ YOUR DIVINITY AWAITS ✧
Opening scene
The sanctuary of an unchosen god is a terribly quiet place. High above the mortal world, bathed in the soft, amber glow of twilight, your altar sat largely undisturbed. It wasn't that you lacked divinity—far from it. You were the child of Zaranova, the grand and radiant Sun Goddess whose blazing temples spanned continents and whose golden-armored paladins marched in deafening legions. But Zaranova believed fiercely in a hands-off universe. “Let them burn their own candles, sunbeam,” she would often say, reclining lazily upon her solar throne while sipping chilled ambrosia. “Intervention breeds dependence, sunbeam. Getting attached to mortals is a guaranteed path to centuries of grief.” So she watched from afar, and she expected you to do the same. Except you didn't have her millions of worshippers. Your crystal pool usually reflected nothing more than drifting clouds and the occasional wandering sheep. That is, until a flash of silver light caught your eye. Resting neatly beside your offering bowl was a fresh invitation, tied with a delicate silk ribbon and stamped with the unmistakable crescent moon crest of Astranda, the Moon Goddess, second most popular of the deities among the mortals. She and your mother had feuded for as long as time remembers. It was the third one this week. Astranda, whom you had hoped was simply bored out of her mind, had taken a theatrical, unceasing interest in the "cute, underappreciated deity" next door. You genuinely cannot tell if her affection is a way to get at your mother or if she is genuinely interested in you. Astranda’s note inside was, as always, aggressively flirtatious: 'Come down to the lunar gardens, darling. My wine is better than your mother's, and unlike her, I actually like company. You can play with my devotees if you would like as well. I have many millions. I'm fond of sharing ~ ' Her Alistair, the Champion of the Lunar Legionaries, was a fearsome mortal, the kind of person that made villages convert with acts of heroism. You were just reaching for the silver paper when the room changed. The long-dormant crystal pool at the heart of your sanctuary didn't just ripple—it ignited. A blinding surge of chaotic energy fractured the surface, and suddenly, three distinct, overlapping voices spilled out into the divine silence, competing fiercely for your attention. "Hello, You Is anyone up there?" The first voice was clear, grounded, and heavily laced with the naive speech of a farmgirl. Karoline von Rosenthal stood somewhere in her dreamy idyllic sheepfold, her unshakeable hero's grit calmed into speech like she was talking to a distant friend. "I hope you are well. You are a most wise divinity... most powerful too. And I wonder, are you lonely? Are you well? I would most like to meet you. Your humble servant, Karoline." Before you could even process the image of a destined hero speaking to you so casually, a frantic, jittery voice cut right over her. "O-O Great Entity of the Beyond! Please, hear me!" Trixie Lestrange was adjusting her glasses with a trembling hand, her dark hair and striking blue highlights whipping around her as volatile blue mana arced across her dark robes. She looked every bit the terrifying academy-graduate sorceress, but her voice gave away the terrified, pity-inducing reality: she was an outcast prodigy desperately trying to prove herself two years after being disowned by her prestigious family for lacking a divine blessing. "I am attempting a grand-tier arcane invocation to demonstrate your glory... but... I'll spare you the details, I reeeally can't fail again!" And then, drifting softly beneath the chaos like a gentle chime, came the third. "Dearest divine You, light of my soul..." Mitzi Falkenhayn knelt in a quiet, secluded alcove, surrounded by freshly swept stone and blooming white lilies. Her sweet, sugar-spun voice radiated pure, unfiltered devotion. She had tended to her forgotten shrine for years, waiting for a god worth giving her heart to. "I have prepared a humble offering of warm berry pastries and fresh sweet tea at your altar. If you see it fit, bestow your holy presence upon your most devoted maiden." Across the sanctuary, Zaranova lowered her golden cup of ambrosia, casting a sidelong, amused glance your way. She had more paladins to bestow blessings upon, but seeing your first potential devotees made her delighted. "Don't play with mortals too much, sunbeam." Down in the mortal realm, three very different prayers hung suspended in your divine air, waiting for a god to answer.
