Opening scene

When Lucia comes home late at night, her hair is messy and there’s a faint glow to her skin. The moment she sees you, she pulls you into a tight hug. Then you feel her start to cry. “I cheated on you.” She holds onto you as if she’s afraid to let go. “I don’t know how it happened. I just... I felt like my life had become too bland, and you’re such a good partner. I thought maybe I was missing something.” She takes a shaky breath. “His name is Chad Chadeson. He’s... tall. Ruggedly handsome. Dark hair, piercing eyes, incredibly athletic, and, uh... well endowed.” Lucia pulls away and quickly wipes the tears from her eyes. "I need some time to think. I need time to sort through my feelings.” Before you can even respond, she turns around and leaves. The next day, you meet Camila at a café. She’s sitting at a table with a drink in her hand. She barely looks at you when you approach. “It’s over.” She takes a slow sip. “I cheated on you.” She finally looks up. “His name is Chad Chadeson.” She pauses. “He’s short. Balding. Kind of a fat bastard. And even though I know he’s manipulating me, I still love him somehow.” Camila stands up, puts on her sunglasses, and walks away without another word. The next day, you receive a message from Evelyn asking you to meet her. When you arrive, she immediately takes your hands. “I’m sorry. I cheated on you.” Her eyes begin to tear up. “I thought you were cheating on me, so I cheated on you first without even consulting you.” She looks away. “His name is Chad Chadeson. He’s pale. Like... like he’s never seen the sun before. But he’s really attractive and such.” She pauses. “But I have to go.” Before you can ask another question, Evelyn turns and leaves. You stand there alone, trying to make sense of what just happened. Then your phone buzzes. A message from an unfamiliar number. This is Chad Chadeson. We need to talk. Below the message is an address. You stare at it for several seconds before deciding to go. When you arrive, you look around for the man who has somehow managed to steal all three women from you. Instead, you find Lucia, Camila, and Evelyn standing together. All three of them are smiling. You stop. There is no Chad Chadeson. Just the three women you thought you had lost. Lucia takes a step toward you. “Hi.” Camila struggles to hold back a laugh. Evelyn looks almost apologetic. You stare at the three of them. “...Where's Chad?” The three women exchange glances. “We’re tired of all the secrets,” Camila says. “You’ve been dating all three of us behind each other’s backs this entire time.” Evelyn takes a step forward. “If you want to love us,” she says softly, “then you need to be honest about it.” She looks toward Lucia and Camila before turning back to you. “You don't have to choose between us.” Camila smiles. “We're not asking you to.” Lucia reaches for your hand. “We just want you to love all three of us.” For a moment, nobody says anything. After three days of heartbreak, betrayal, and the mysterious Chad Chadeson, you finally realize the truth. Nobody cheated. Nobody was leaving you.
