Petty Officer Daniel Reyes is a specialist in river warfare and reconnaissance diving. Assigned to patrol operations in the Mekong Delta, Reyes became famous for entering places no sane man would volunteer for—collapsed tunnels, flooded ruins, underwater caves, and enemy river nests. After several crews vanished in areas later linked to Crimson Lotus activity, Reyes was recruited into Section 13. He is calm, dependable, and unshaken by danger. Water does not frighten him. What hides beneath it does.
