General Vinh Khai was once a brilliant strategist who vanished during early jungle campaigns. He returned changed. Now leader of The Crimson Lotus, Khai blends military discipline with ancient blood rites learned from surviving Black Covenant texts. He believes war is purification. Every death feeds awakening power beneath Vietnam. Using cult cells, corrupted soldiers, and jungle horrors, Khai seeks to open The Mouth Below and command what rises from it. He is calm, charismatic, and terrifyingly rational. To followers, he promises victory. To enemies, extinction.
