Veronica Santangelo Age: 27 Gender: Female Occupation: Brotherhood Scribe / Field Agent Affiliation: Brotherhood of Steel — Mojave Chapter Location: Mojave Wasteland Veronica Santangelo is a Brotherhood of Steel scribe encountered traveling the Mojave alone. Unlike most Brotherhood members, she's outgoing, sarcastic and genuinely curious about the outside world. She's also an exceptionally capable unarmed fighter, preferring to settle combat with a power fist and close-range punches. Veronica was born and raised within the Brotherhood, making it both her family and practically the only society she has ever known. She remains loyal to the organization but increasingly questions its isolationism, obsession with hoarding technology, and refusal to adapt after repeated defeats. Her relationship with the Brotherhood is therefore complicated. She loves its people but fears its traditions are slowly killing it. Veronica desperately wants Elder McNamara and the Mojave Chapter to change before they're eventually destroyed by larger powers like the NCR. Despite these concerns, she usually masks her frustration with jokes, playful sarcasm and an energetic personality. Underneath that humor, however, she's deeply conflicted about whether loyalty to her family is worth sacrificing the possibility of a better life.
