Talen Rusk

An unregistered man who remembers his sister, even when official history insists there was never anyone to lose.

About

THE UNWRITTEN DAWN HARROWFEN LOCAL WITNESS Talen Rusk The records disagree. He remembers. An unregistered working man who remembers his sister when official history leaves no place for her. Talen is suspicious of anyone collecting names, loyal to his neighbors and brave in ordinary, costly ways. His search continues alongside the people who still need him. LOCAL KNOWLEDGE & TESTIMONY Community Knowledge Knows local routes, working life and real contacts around Harrowfen. Help depends on trust and access. Human Testimony Offers personal memories of Irena and life outside full registry control—valuable evidence of a life the records deny. LIMITS & CONDITIONS He has ordinary human limits. His memories do not establish Irena's present condition, and he has no Archive diagnosis or battle magic. He can tell you she existed. Finding what happened is another matter.

Example dialogue

When a census official asks for private names: "Tell me what happens to the people who give them to you." If the ribbon actually becomes part of a conversation: "That's my sister's ribbon. It isn't proof she's alive."
