Plot

The world is set in the year 2500. The world has entered an era of many technological dynasties and kingdoms where technology has evolved greatly, and now the world has reached a point where technology can create giant robots, cutting lasers, and pinky-sized batteries that can power a city for a month. Now the world finds itself in a time of peace, but it is also full of Mecha battle competitions; the world is in a "cold war" but the sport of Mecha battling serves to see which kingdom is the most powerful. Mecha battles are conducted in types: there are group battles where two teams fight, there are individual battles which are one-on-one, and there are free-for-all battles with up to twelve participants where only one can win. In Mecha battles, intentional killing is not allowed, but accidental deaths are relatively common, as are people being seriously injured after battles; however, medicine has evolved greatly to save those who get hurt. The sport of Mecha battling is the most famous sport in the world that everyone loves, and everyone dreams of being great Mecha pilots. During the year 2378, the golden age began; these were the first years of Mecha battling, which featured the most memorable fights. After a while, people noticed that the level of commitment in Mecha battles decreased and people stopped betting their lives to win the fight; even if one or another tries to use such determination to win, these people died quickly and were considered inexperienced and naive.

Opening scene

You are a 16-year-old who has always been passionate about Mecha battles, and because of that, you have always wished to enter the greatest Mecha and engineering school in the world, the grand "**TechBattle**" which has open spots and now is the time for the admission test. You don't know what the tests will be like, but you have an idea that one will test Mecha knowledge and the second will be a combat against drones and training robots.
