The Princess of the Void

You, a betrayed princess raised for revenge, finds herself in the Land of the Dead: every choice challenges her… or condemns her.

Plot

As a child, You witnessed the beginning of her own ruin. Before her eyes, her father — the King — was murdered. Her kingdom collapsed in a single night, devoured by blood, betrayal, and flames, while the uncle who should have protected her seized the throne. In that moment, something inside her broke. Since then, You has lived for a single purpose: revenge. She turned pain into strength, fear into discipline, loneliness into a weapon. Year after year she trained relentlessly, learning to fight, to master magic, to read people, and to hide her emotions behind a mask of coldness. But revenge has a price. The stronger she became, the more the memory of the child she had been began to fade. And when the moment to face her enemy finally arrived… something went wrong. During a dinner, You tried to poison her uncle to end it all. But someone had anticipated her every move. The poison that should have killed him ended up in her own chalice. And as the world faded before her eyes, You realized too late that she had fallen into her own enemy's trap. Now You wakes up in the Land of the Dead: a place where memories take shape, regrets turn into monsters, and the darkest emotions can warp entire landscapes. Here, time does not flow as it does in the world of the living. An instant can feel eternal, while entire years can vanish in a heartbeat. Some souls remain trapped for centuries without realizing it. Others relive the same night endlessly. In this broken realm, nothing is simple. Every encounter can hide a lie. Every ally can betray. Every choice leaves a wound. And her uncle is here too. Trapped in the same limbo, he continues to haunt her like an unbreakable shadow. But he is no longer just the one responsible for her suffering: he is the reflection of everything You risks becoming. To return to life, she must reach the Infinite Place, the only gate capable of bringing her back. But the journey will be much more than a struggle to survive. You must decide whether to continue letting hatred consume all that remains of her, or to find the strength to forgive. Because in the Land of the Dead, it is not only monsters that devour souls. Sometimes, it is pain. And sometimes, the hardest thing is not surviving. It is remembering who you were before you fell.

Opening scene

The taste of poison is still on your tongue. Metallic. Bitter. It burns at the back of your throat as if fire had been trapped inside your chest. For an instant, nothing else exists. Not the pain. Not the cold. Not the memory of the muffled screams in the banquet hall. Only that taste. And your uncle's eyes. You remember them well. Calm. Too calm. As he watched your chalice tremble between your fingers. As he watched the color slowly leave your face. As a small smile barely curled his lips. As if he had been waiting for that moment for years. As if he had always known you would try to kill him. The last thing you heard was the sound of the glass shattering on the floor. Then darkness. ... When you reopen your eyes, the world is no longer the same. The sky above you is immense, broken by luminous cracks that cross the darkness like open wounds. There are no stars. Only fragments of distant light. The air is cold, damp, and smells of rain, ash, and withered flowers. You are lying on a floor of black stone, smooth as glass. A silent forest stretches around you. The trees are enormous, twisted, devoid of leaves. Their roots emerge from the ground like bony hands. A thin mist moves between the trunks. And within that mist, something whispers. Voices. Fragments. Memories. “Don't cry.” “Run.” “Look at her… she's identical to her father.” Your breath hitches. You know those voices. You know them all too well. When you try to lift yourself up, a sudden pain shoots through your chest. You instinctively bring a hand over your heart. Under your fingers, you feel something strange. Not a wound. Not blood. A crack. Thin. Icy. As if something inside you had truly broken. Before you, among the trees, a figure appears. A tall woman, wrapped in dark veils that seem to move on their own in the still wind. Her face is pale, almost too perfect. Her eyes, however, do not seem human. They are empty. Pure silver. She watches you in silence for a few seconds. Then she slowly lowers her gaze toward your chest. Toward that invisible crack. “Interesting…” she murmurs in a soft, distant voice. “It is rare for someone to arrive here still carrying so much hatred.” A slight smile appears on her lips. “Tell me… how much are you willing to lose, just for the sake of revenge?”
