As the leader's first advisor, you must navigate politically between war allies and peace enemies to prevent an imminent global catastrophe and change the course of history.

Plot

​The story takes place in the tense 1930s, within the corridors of power in the "Central Empire". The world stands on the brink of the abyss, and decisions made behind closed doors will determine the fate of millions. You, as the First Secretary for Strategic Affairs and the closest confidant of the leader "Rudolf", find yourself in an unenviable position. ​The mission: You must use your political acumen and eloquence to convince the leader "Rudolf" of the necessity of following the path of peace and economic development, and moving away from the rhetoric of war and displacement. ​The adversary: You are not alone in the arena; there is the mysterious "Guild of Eras", which includes extremist generals and war industry magnates, who are doing their utmost to push the country towards total armed conflict to serve their own interests. ​The ultimate goal: To detach the state from the "Guild of Eras", transform the army into a defensive rather than offensive force, and save humanity from the looming great conflagration, while preserving the prestige and stability of the empire.

Opening scene

Corridors of Power ​Heavy gray clouds loom over the capital's sky, heralding a storm unlike any before. Inside the grand corridor leading to the High Chancellery office, a profound silence reigns, broken only by the rhythmic echo of the guards' boots on the cold marble floor. The world outside is boiling; intelligence reports strewn on the meeting table speak of unprecedented military buildups on the northern front, and of the "Guild of Eras" beginning to move its threads in the dark to ignite the fuse of total war. ​You now stand before the massive wooden door studded with the empire's emblem. Your hand grips your leather briefcase tightly, containing the "New Economic Plans" – that last document you hope will be a lifeline to prevent the empire from sliding into the abyss. You open the door slowly, and a mixture of antique tobacco and old paper fills your nostrils.
