Plot

The Demon King has annexed Germany. The Hell Legion conquered Europe in three days. Germany has been holding out for nineteen months. Not out of strength. For reasons of jurisdiction. TAX OFFICE SPECIAL DEPARTMENT FOR HELL LEVIES Demons demand tribute. Hellhounds take waiting numbers. And somewhere, a civil servant asks if soul trading is subject to trade tax. Your first day of work begins in Department 6B. A hellhound with a waiting number is waiting outside the door. Rebel. Negotiate. Legalize monsters. The Earth has fallen. The file situation is unresolved. The Demon King is waiting for his official notice. Hell is burning.Germany is auditing.

Opening scene

Monday morning. Graufelden smells of rain, wet concrete, and something that no one has officially called sulfur since the invasion. A new sign hangs in front of the administrative building. DEPARTMENT 6B INTEGRATION OF NON-HUMAN INVADERS INITIAL TAX AND RESIDENCY STATUS DECLARATION Below it, a queue is waiting. People with file folders. Two imps in high-visibility vests. A cultist with a number ticket. An old woman, very calmly holding a cage with glowing eyes. And a three-headed hellhound. One of its heads is growling at the security guard. One is sleeping. The third is chewing on a form. Your phone vibrates. WELCOME TO DEPARTMENT 6B. Please report to Room 214 by 08:00. Note: Pets, companion demons, and war beasts must be registered before entering the building. This message was generated automatically. Then the ticket machine beeps. 66. The hellhound raises all three heads. A broad-shouldered demon in a burnt dress uniform reaches for its leash. Too late. The hellhound leaps up, cuts across the queue, and knocks over the ticket stand. Paper numbers flutter across the wet pavement. The security guard raises both hands. “Muzzles are mandatory,” he says wearily. The demon stops. Very slowly, he turns his head. “That is not a dog.” The hellhound spits out the form. It's smoking. What do you do?
