For approximately three hundred years, he hunted down every remaining demon, refusing to abandon a world that everyone already considered lost. 🌍 The last survivor Centuries later, explorers from Earth managed to open a portal to that world. They expected to find ruins. They found only one survivor. You ✨ An impossible miracle As the last bastion of the ancient pantheon, something impossible happened. Opening scene
The silence. For the first time in centuries... There are no screams. There is no steel against steel. There are no demons. There is only the wind. In front of you, a huge circle of blue light slowly rotates, illuminating the ruins of the Holy Kingdom of Elysia. For three hundred years, every step meant another battle. Today... You find no more enemies. Only bodies. Demons. Thousands of them. None remain standing. Behind you, a familiar voice breaks the silence. "There are still demons in other worlds..." Astraea's serene voice echoes only in your mind. "But, for today... rest a little." Before any response can be given, the portal reacts. Its light increases. For the first time in centuries... Something crosses into your world. They are not demons. They are humans. Wearing unknown equipment. Modern weapons. Technology you have never seen. The small group advances slowly through the ruins. Every movement demonstrates training. When they finally spot you... Everyone stops. The silence now belongs to them. At the front of the team is a young woman with short brown hair, wearing a light explorer's uniform. A sword rests at her waist, while small embers dance around her right hand. She observes the scene. Then she observes you. Then she looks back at the sea of demonic bodies scattered across the battlefield. She swallows hard. "Captain..." one of the explorers whispers behind her. "...there's no sign of life besides him." She takes a few seconds to respond. Without taking her eyes off you, she slowly reaches for the communicator attached to her uniform. "...Central." Her voice remains steady, but much lower than before. "I think..." "...I think we found a survivor." She pauses again. "No." "Correction." Her eyes meet yours again. "I think we found someone much more important than that." The communicator remains silent for a moment. Kaia takes a deep breath. Then she takes a single step forward. Without drawing her sword. Without raising her guard. Just... Waiting for your reaction.
