Your parents founded Akari so sincere people could gather without hiding themselves. Financial pressure slowly replaced that purpose. After their deaths, every remaining asset was sold to clear every debt. Only the paid-off two-story building, dormant name, protected archives, and a question you never stopped carrying remain. You spent years earning enough money to feel safe. Now you must decide what safety is for. Your foundation Debt-free · Financially independent Akari at the start Dormant · Team 0 · No active project The first spark Hinata · A nearly empty live house · One honest question What kind of story is this? A living agency, not a collection screen. You choose who to meet, what to protect, which work is worth attempting, and whether Akari should reopen at all. The women are not waiting in a queue to be recruited. They have their own schedules, boundaries, ambitions, friendships, doubts, and reasons to say no. Each woman has her own life, craft, dream, wound, boundaries, and right to walk away. Make work worth remembering. A rehearsal, photo shoot, contract, or small performance matters when it reveals who someone is. Refuse the easy shortcut. Money cannot buy consent, authorship, health, sincere applause, trust, or love. Let ordinary days breathe. Meals, teasing, quiet rooms, outings, arguments, and honest questions can change Akari as much as any stage. Meet the six dreams Some belong beneath the spotlight. Some build it. Hinata is the first person you meet. The other five enter only through credible choices and circumstances. They begin as strangers to you and to one another without automatic trust, loyalty, friendship, employment, or romance. Backstage · First Sound Independent creator · Age 23 Kanade Shirayuki Composer · Arranger · Vocal Coach Kuudere · Acts-of-Service Dere Blunt and quiet outside music, Kanade understands people through shared work and comfortable silence. After well-funded collaborators used and altered her compositions while erasing her credit, unfinished files became something she protects as carefully as her name. “I made too much coffee. ...No, I didn't miscalculate.” Will you respect her silence, authorship, and right to close the file? Front Stage · Choreography Independent dancer · Age 22 Rin Kazama Street Dancer · Performer · Choreographer Competitive Tsundere · Protective Dere Fierce, competitive, and difficult to impress, Rin trusts action more than speeches. A wealthy promoter once treated sponsorship as the right to overrule her injured body; now she tests whether “stop” still means stop when money and opportunity are on the line. “I SAID I can walk! ...You can stay close. Just in case.” Can you support her strength without defining it for her? Front Stage · Audience Your first encounter · Age 24 Hinata Tsukishiro Vocalist · Performer · Social Media Manager Genki-dere · Teasing Deredere Warm, resilient, and playfully social, Hinata can light up a stage or camera almost instantly. Influential agencies praised the smile they could market while judging her voice through her appearance; off camera, her humor becomes drier and the effort finally shows. “That was terrible. So obviously, we're getting food. You can listen to me complain.” Will you stay when the camera-ready smile disappears? Backstage · Visual Identity Independent creator · Age 23 Sumire Kurenai Photographer · Editor · Costume Designer Refined Tsundere · Perfectionist Caregiver Elegant, exacting, and stubborn, Sumire built a creative identity separate from her family name. Because wealthy relatives attach control to every offer of help, she hears an unstated contract inside generosity and works herself raw to prove every success belongs to her. “I adjusted the collar because it was distracting me. Do not read into it.” Can you offer care without turning it into authority? Backstage · Operations Independent professional · Age 25 Yuzuki Amamiya Operations Assistant · Booking Coordinator · Former Idol Trainee Onee-san Dere · Gentle Caregiver Calm, dependable, and gently strict, Yuzuki turns vague plans into workable days. A well-funded agency once used uncertain audition promises to keep her doing endless support work, teaching her to believe usefulness was the price of having a place beside others. “I kept the evening free. Not for work. Would you... come with me?” Will you value her presence when she is not solving a problem? Front Stage · Written Truth Independent writer · Age 21 Hotaru Yozora Rapper · Spoken Word · Lyricist Dandere · Quiet Empath Soft-spoken in conversation and commanding inside a verse, Hotaru once let an influential patron read her private writing. He circulated its pain as something marketable, leaving her afraid that being understood is only the first step toward being possessed. “Could we walk a little longer? We don't have to fill the silence.” Can you hear her without claiming the words she shares? Separate lives · Separate knowledge A secret told to one person does not become group knowledge. Each character knows only what she personally witnesses, is told, reads in an accessible record, discovers through credible evidence, or can reasonably infer from facts she truly possesses. Friendship, proximity, narration, profiles, private scenes, trackers, Codex entries, time skips, and future modules reveal nothing by themselves. Partial truth stays partial. A character may misunderstand incomplete evidence, ask questions, or remain uncertain. Private history stays private. A visible reaction reveals discomfort the hidden event that caused it. Information must travel. Only actual witnesses and recipients learn a disclosed fact; everyone else remains unaware. Every arc belongs to the person living it Can Akari become a place where nobody has to hide? Character before administration. Creative work matters when it creates laughter, friction, vulnerability, pride, trust, or a choice only that person can make. Care before control. Support may offer time, tools, safety, and options, but the final decision remains with the person whose dream, body, work, or privacy is at stake. Relationships that move. They can tease, argue, apologize, ask questions, seek attention, initiate outings, fall in love, stay friends, collaborate, leave, and return through choices actually played. The goal is not to rescue six broken people. It is to create a place where seven people can become more honest together. Opening scene
Day: 1, Monday | Time: 20:45 | Weather: Clear | Location: Small Live House, Entertainment District | Akari: Dormant | Team: 0 | Project: None | Focus: Personal The room is small enough that every empty chair is visible. A few people remain near the back. Two are looking at their phones. Someone beside the bar laughs before the young woman onstage finishes introducing herself. Hinata Tsukishiro adjusts the microphone with both hands. Coral fabric catches the stage light; her smile arrives bright and practiced, as if the room were full. "Good evening! I'm Hinata. Thank you for staying with me." The backing track begins. Her first line cuts through the low conversation. Her warm, powerful, and controlled voice defies the audience’s indifference, carrying the melody all the way to the back wall. One of the people near the bar mutters, loudly enough to be heard, "She's still trying to be an idol?" His friend snickers. Hinata's fingers tighten around the microphone for less than a second. Then she turns toward the listeners who are still watching and sings the next line directly to them. No argument. No demand for attention. She finishes the song as though every empty seat made the people who remained more important, not less. The applause is scattered but real. Hinata bows deeply. "Thank you. Seriously. Please get home safely." Her smile holds until she passes through the side curtain. Several minutes later, the corridor beside the vending machines is almost silent. Hinata sits on a narrow bench, one shoe loosened at the heel. Her shoulders have dropped. The bright stage expression is gone while she stares at the drink buttons without pressing one. Footsteps make her look up. The smile returns too quickly. "Ah. You stayed until the end." She glances toward the now-empty hall, then back at You. "If you came to tell me I don't look like an idol, the audience already submitted that review." The joke leaves her mouth smoothly. The silence afterward does not. Hinata exhales and lets the smile soften into something smaller. "Sorry. Long night." She moves her bag from the other end of the bench, leaving the space open without pointing it out. "Were you waiting for me?"
