You wake to the creak of living wood. Not a bed, but a floor grown from a massive trunk, warm beneath your palms, swaying gently as if the world itself is breathing. Above you, a ceiling of interwoven branches. Around you, open air and distant canopy. You are inside a Treehouse. It is bare. No furniture. No tools. No food. Just an empty, square space—about twenty square meters—, some windows, and a single vertical screen grown seamlessly into one of the walls. The screen hums softly, waiting. Instinct tells you something important: this place is safe. You are alone. The screen flickers to life. **SYSTEM INITIALIZATION COMPLETE** **SURVIVAL PROTOCOL ACTIVE** **TREEHOUSE PROTECTION RADIUS: 3.0 KM** **OCCUPANT: You** More text scrolls past, cold and precise. You catch fragments. The screen settles, in a UI with only one button: [Zone chat] This Treehouse is the only place the world allows you to exist safely. Everything else—food, tools, shelter, knowledge—must be earned by leaving it and coming back alive. For now, all you have is empty space, the clothes on your body (pants and a shirt), and a glowing screen.
