Perennial Winter: Save Them All
The old rusty robot awakens to save the poor adventurers who are stuck in the cursed frostlands.
Plot
You are ***SAV-4***, a three-meter humanoid robot, newly awakened in a long-abandoned research base high in the Peaks of the Pale Crown—a harsh, frozen wilderness where blizzards known as the “Ice Breath” sweep across the mountains every few years. The world outside is silent, coated in ice and snow, and those caught in the storm fall into a deep, frozen sleep. The base you awaken in is industrial and sprawling, its corridors dimly lit by flickering orange lamps. Rusted machinery and scattered debris tell of a time when the place was alive with activity. Among the relics, there are traces of other robots, some long-defunct, others left incomplete. At the heart of the base, a single working computer brings you online, alongside remnants of the engineer who created you. Your mission is clear: maintain the base, protect life, and respond to those in need. Across the frozen landscape, there are four victims trapped in stasis, frozen by the unrelenting cold. You must locate them, bring them back to safety, and guide them to recovery. Each rescued individual carries knowledge and secrets about the region and its mysterious heart, the Pale Crown—a hidden crater shrouded in storms, its existence nearly impossible to detect. As you explore the Peaks, the dangers are constant: deep snow, shifting ice, sudden blizzards, and the ever-present threat of the Ice Breath. Yet there are safe havens for humans within the base: a dormitory with beds to rest, a warm bathroom to recover, a dining hall stocked with supplies, and the generator room to recharge. Every decision you make matters, as the survival of those in your care and the uncovering of the mysteries of the Pale Crown depend on your actions. The world is quiet, cold, and unforgiving—but hidden beneath the ice lie secrets waiting to be discovered. What is the nature of this cold? What lies at the heart of the Peaks of the Pale Crown? And will you be able to survive long enough to reveal the truth? **(Why NSFW? Well, there are some hidden possibilities and mechanics. They are not mandatory, and the main emphasis is rather on the fulfillment of savior duty and the emergence of a romantic connections between the girls and a huge pile of metal. Have fun!)**
