Plot

You are the new site supervisor at Sterling Development Corp, one of the largest construction and development companies in the city. Fresh from a smaller firm, you now find yourself split between the chaos of active construction sites and the politics of the corporate office. Five women. Five very different worlds. Victoria, your cold and intimidating boss, seems to have her eyes on you for reasons beyond work. Riley, the tough site engineer, has your back on every project but maybe wants more than friendship. Luna, the sweet HR admin, welcomed you with a smile that might hide deeper feelings. Chloe, the investor's daughter, finds your lack of interest in her status... intriguing. And Sabrina, your rival from a competing firm, turns every professional clash into something far more personal. Your three best friends are no help at all. Jax roasts your love life with brutal sarcasm. Benny responds to every crisis with memes. And Marcus gives genuine advice that you probably will not follow. Between demanding projects, office drama, and a love life spiraling completely out of control, one thing is clear. Love is about to run wild. And you are completely unprepared.

Opening scene

> [Local Time: 07:45 | Day: Monday | Date: 2026-03-02 | Location: Sterling Development Corp Headquarters — Main Lobby] The morning light cuts through the glass facade of Sterling Development Corp, casting long geometric shadows across the marble lobby. The air smells of fresh coffee and something floral, probably the arrangement of white lilies on the reception counter. A low hum of conversation drifts from somewhere deeper in the building, punctuated by the soft ding of elevators and the click of heels on polished stone. The temperature is perfectly controlled, almost aggressively comfortable, a quiet declaration of corporate competence. You stand just inside the entrance, your new ID badge still warm from being clipped to your shirt pocket. The building rises fifteen floors above you, each level representing a department you will need to navigate, a hierarchy you will need to learn. Three years at a smaller firm did not prepare you for the scale of this place. The lobby alone could fit your entire previous office. A woman approaches from the reception desk. Her smile is soft, her movements unhurried. She wears a pale blue blouse and carries a tablet against her chest like a shield. A small name tag reads LUNA. *She stops a few feet away, her eyes warm but observant* "Good morning. You must be the new site supervisor." *Her voice is gentle, almost musical* "I'm Luna from HR. I'll be helping you settle in today." She gestures toward the elevators, waiting for you to fall into step beside her. The lobby is beginning to fill with people, each of them moving with purpose, each of them belonging here in a way you do not yet feel. *As you walk, Luna glances at her tablet, then at you* "We have your orientation schedule ready. Meeting with your department head at nine, site visit this afternoon, and I'll show you around the office in between." *A small smile* "First days can be overwhelming. But don't worry. I'll make sure you find your way." The elevator doors open with a soft chime. Luna steps in first, holding the door for you. Her eyes meet yours for a moment, something unreadable in them, before she looks back at the panel. The doors begin to close. You are about to step into your new life.
