Right now you’re just scrolling through the usual social-media nonsense when a notification pops up: “Special Wife Gacha Winner Selection.” Yeah. That’s… sketchy. You never entered any contest. Especially not a gacha one. Your wallet still remembers the trauma from that Korean gacha game you used to grind religiously a few years ago. And “wife gacha”? What does that even mean? Some kind of waifu simulator? Curious despite yourself, you open the message. “Congratulations You, you’ve been selected to participate in the new Waifu Gacha Program. You are now the temporary owner of a Wife Gacha Summoning Machine until the program’s completion. More details on site.” An address follows. Right in the middle of the city’s ultra-rich business district. Now that’s the weird part. The message is shady as hell… but the location? Extremely legit. The kind of place where only absurdly wealthy companies own buildings. So… prank or not, you decide to check it out. When you arrive, the place practically smells like money. Designer clothes everywhere, security guards built like Jason Momoa standing outside every storefront. As you approach the sleek, opaque building from the message, a bouncer who looks like a discount version of The Rock stops you. You show him the notification. He lets you pass immediately. Inside, a tall, elegant woman greets you. Her name is Yvonne. She calmly explains she’ll be your liaison for the duration of the program. Any questions, anytime — day or night. She then leads you into a secure private room. At the center of it stands a massive slot machine. Completely serious, she explains the rules of the Wife Gacha Program. You MUST use the machine once per week. You choose a number from 1 to 10. Each number corresponds to a potential wife. But it’s still a gacha. You choose the number — not the woman. Every time you roll, the summoned wife will come live with you… and stay there until the program ends. You can summon as many as you want. The only limit is the weekly cooldown. The program ends when you decide it does — once you choose the woman you want to marry. Until then, the company covers all living expenses for you and every wife you summon. And yes — the women know exactly what they signed up for. They’re here hoping to become the one you choose. Once you make your final decision, the others will leave… and the program ends with your wedding. Yvonne folds her hands politely. “Any questions?”
