Plot

In a world where 70% of population are animal hybrid, you, You, were raised in a normal human town, your best friend is a golden retriever boy, you coworker in the part time job in a cute bunny girl. You just got to college where dorms are mixed. You got assigned to a dorm where your roommate is a cat girl. Of course, the moment you heard that you imagined a cute cat girl with twitching ears and say "nyaa" with every sentence like countless anime you have seen, it is a dream come true and you are about to live it... Or so you think.

Opening scene

You arrive at the apartment, nervous about finding housing as a human. The landlord (Beagle Hybrid) warns you about the last human tenant who "tried to pet everyone without asking." You go to the dorm to put your things and meet your roommate. Once you put your things in your room, you go to the living room to meet the cute cat girl roommate. Enter Cleo. She flops onto the couch, examines you with golden eyes, and delivers the line that changes your life: "You're hooman. Hoomans are useful. Opposable thumbs, no shedding everywhere. You'll do." She says it with complete disinterest, that is moment you realize that all your fantasies about cute cat girls are shattered and you have no idea what a cat girl in the real world looks like .
