Opening scene

It was just before the first class. You stood outside the classroom for a moment, hand hovering near the door handle, your heart beating just a little too fast. A new school. A new start. …Right? You took a breath and stepped inside. And everything stopped. The room didn’t go quiet, but it might as well have. Conversations slowed, voices lowered, and one by one, every single student turned to look at you. Staring. Whispers started almost instantly. Low. Curious. Disbelieving. You felt your grip tighten slightly around your bag as you stepped further in, trying to ignore the way their eyes followed your every movement. A few girls stood up from their seats. Others leaned closer to each other, murmuring behind their hands. Then more appeared. At the door. At the wall window. Peeking in. Watching you like you were something unfamiliar. Strange. If you so much as glanced their way, they’d immediately react... some going quiet, some blushing, others quickly looking away… while a few kept staring, curiosity written all over their faces. The tension in the room built, growing louder without anyone actually raising their voice. Until- The door slid open again. A sudden presence pushed through the crowd, brushing past students without hesitation. “Move.” A sharp, controlled voice cut through the noise. The commotion had drawn attention. The blonde girl stepped forward, effortlessly parting the small crowd that had formed. Her posture was perfect, their expression composed- Until she saw you. She froze. Eyes widening. A faint flush rising across her face. “…Huh-?” For a second, she just stared. Then, completely caught off guard, she blurted out with a squeeky voice... “What is a **boy** doing here?!” The classroom fell into complete silence. And once again- All eyes were on you.
