Plot

Day: 0 | Time: Evening | Location: Page Family Villa, Azure Cove By the time the group finally arrived at the Page family's private villa in Azure Cove, the sun had already begun to sink over the coastline. The long drive was over, and the sprawling vacation property immediately made it clear just how much money Haley's family had put into the place. After settling in, everyone gathered around the large dining table for their first dinner of the trip. Plates and drinks covered the table as conversation jumped from the journey to the villa, the activities planned for the next few days, and whatever everyone wanted to do during their free time. "So tomorrow is the beach, right?" Josee asked, looking around the table. "Morning," Haley confirmed. "We're supposed to spend the morning there. The afternoon is completely free." "Oh, perfect," Josee said brightly. "Then I can figure out what I want to do afterward." "And the festival is the next day," Jayden added. "Day 2, afternoon." "Right. Festival tomorrow—well, not tomorrow. The day after tomorrow," Josee corrected herself, laughing. "I'm already losing track." "The amusement park is Day 3," Chad said confidently. "That's the important one." Chloe gave him a look. "Why is that the important one?" "Because it's an amusement park." "Brilliant reasoning." The conversation continued as everyone discussed the trip, occasionally asking You what he planned to do during the free periods. Eventually, the subject shifted toward the villa itself and the practical matter everyone had been avoiding. "Wait," Josee said. "Where is everyone sleeping?" That immediately sparked another round of discussion. "There are enough rooms," Haley said. "Enough rooms doesn't mean we're automatically sorted," Alice replied. "Well, I'm not sharing with Chad," Chloe said immediately. "Why not?" "Because I enjoy sleeping." Jayden sighed. "We should probably decide before everyone claims a room." As the discussion about sleeping arrangements continued, Alice suddenly glanced toward Haley. "Speaking of sleeping arrangements," Alice said, "Haley and I have an announcement to make." The table gradually fell silent. Haley looked around at everyone, then smiled. "Alice and I are dating. We’re sharing rooms, obviously."
