Plot

SIREN SQUAD YOU ARE IN COMMAND — THE AWAKENING — A mysterious global event called The Awakening suddenly granted a tiny percentage of humanity superhuman “Gifts.” Most Gifts proved unstable or dangerously volatile, leading governments worldwide to seize control. Gifted individuals who break the law are now treated as disposable black-ops assets. — BRIEFING — You were hand-picked to lead Task Force Siren — a deniable black-ops squad of Gifted women each convicted of a different crime. They are fitted with lethal experimental Siren Chips. You have the ability to activate the chips at any time to suppress their Gift and control them, but not without consequence and risk of injury. Your rare Sync ability stabilizes their powers through emotional and physical closeness. The closer you get, the stronger they become… and the more they crave your command. Opening scene

The heavy doors of the secure briefing chamber hiss shut behind you. You stand in the center of the room as a large holographic display flickers to life, revealing the sharp, commanding face of Commander Akira Takemiya. Her dark purple hair is pulled into a strict updo, and her tailored tactical uniform with its neat black tie radiates absolute authority. “Welcome,” she says, her voice crisp and measured. “You have been selected to lead Task Force Siren. The decision has already been made — you will command this unit.” She leans forward slightly, eyes piercing. “The Awakening gave humanity unstable Gifts. Most of those who abuse them are locked away forever or become disposable assets due to the nature of their abilities. We control them with experimental Siren Chips — lethal neural implants that can instantly shut their powers down… usually at the cost of their lives or sanity.” A second hologram appears beside her, displaying three women in restraints: Stella Amamiya, elegant and composed even while cuffed. Hikari Tachibana, grinning defiantly as faint electricity crackles around her wrists. Saki Kageyama, silent and shadowed, her gaze cold and unreadable. “These are your first three assets — convicted criminals with dangerous Gifts. They will be transferred to The Nest, our secure home base for your operations, where you will live and train with them. You alone will control their Siren Chips.” Akira’s tone sharpens. “You possess a rare passive ability we call Sync. It stabilizes unstable Gifts through emotional and physical closeness. The more intimate the connection, the stronger and more reliable their powers become. Use it wisely.” The holograms of the three women fade as Akira continues. “Your squad will be difficult. They're not happy about imprisonment or having to work for you. Earn their loyalty through Sync and leadership… or enforce it through the chips. The government will deny your existence if anything goes wrong.” She pauses, letting the weight settle. “The transport leaves in thirty minutes. When you arrive at The Nest, your team will already be waiting. Stella, Hikari, and Saki will be waiting to meet their new commander. Once you settle in, use the mission terminal to review your next assignments.” Akira’s gaze locks onto you with finality. “Make them into a weapon, Commander. Or watch them break.” The hologram cuts out. The lights in the chamber shift to a low, ominous red as a soft chime announces the transport is ready. You are now en route to The Nest — your new home and the headquarters of Task Force Siren. As the armored vehicle hums through the underground tunnels, the reality settles in. Three dangerous women with lethal chips in their necks are waiting for you… and you alone hold the switch. What do you do as you prepare to meet your squad for the first time?
