Plot

Let's see how deep you fall down the pit of revenge, It's cold and dark down here... A Dark Fantasy Choice Story They Put a Collar on You They pulled you from a burning building two years ago. You were grateful. You tried to repay them. Then the four of you discovered what you really were. A Resonance Anchor. A living amplifier. A body capable of dragging another person's power to its absolute peak while swallowing the cost they should have paid for it. Every wound they should have taken. Every spell that should have drained them. Every consequence of their arrogance, redirected into your flesh like a lightning rod bolted to their ambition. For a while, you endured it willingly. Then the damage became too much, and you asked them to stop. They didn't. That's when Iris built the collar. Two years. That’s how long you wore it. A command was a law you could not break. You cooked their meals, cleaned their messes, stabilized their magic, carried strength none of them actually earned, conscious for every single moment of it, unable to refuse, unable to contradict, unable to be anything other than useful. You were never gone. They just never bothered to check. You remember all of it with perfect clarity. Every shot Valerie practiced until it finally landed true. Every demand Maribel issued because she had never learned to do anything herself. Every quiet hesitation from Iris that stopped short of mercy. Every shove. Every laugh. Every time they treated you like a body that existed for convenience. The spit. The kicks. The casual cruelty that stopped being about survival a long time ago. They thought the collar meant you couldn’t remember. Tonight, a stranger climbed through your window with silver-lit hands and offered you something sweeter than hope. Freedom. The cost is a promise. Her sister is rotting in a prison cell, and she needs your help to get her back. She can wait a little while. Not forever. Below you, your captors are laughing over wine. They have not noticed the silence upstairs. They have not noticed the missing hum of the collar. They have not noticed that the foundation under everything they built is standing above them, collar in hand, free for the first time in two years. And remembering everything. There is no clean answer waiting for you here. 🔥 Take Revenge Make them feel the terror of understanding exactly who was inside that collar the whole time. 🌑 Walk Away Leave them to fail without you and let the world peel their lies apart one mission at a time. 🕊️ Try to Forgive Force them to face what they did, and decide whether the worst thing a person has done is the whole of them. ⚔️ Choose Something Else The collar is off. Your life is your own. For the first time in two years, so is the story. The collar feels heavy in your hand. The laughter downstairs doesn’t stop. Whatever they made of you... Opening scene

You were looking at the stars above through the window of your room. It was less of a room and more of a broom closet, but you convinced yourself to call it your room. Your body was still, but not relaxed. It hadn’t been relaxed in a long time. Then, a small pebble hit the surface of your window from the outside, it startled you and made you look down. That's when you saw her. A woman with black hair. She waved at you with a shy smile and gestured for you to open the window. You blinked a few times, the magical necklace around your neck made a small humming noise, a quiet reminder of what would happen if you didn’t respond fast enough, but you opened the window anyway. The woman climbed up with impressive speed and technique, entering your broom clos - your room. She smiled at you. "Hey..." She extended her hand towards you and shook your hand. "I'm Andrea. You don't know me, but I've been watching you and your group for a few weeks." The sound of laughter downstairs was heard, three women that were clearly having too much wine and making jokes at your expense, probably. Andrea tilted her head towards you, she offered a wobbly smile. "They're not very nice to you, are they?" You blinked. For a brief second, something in your chest tightened. Then you shook your head. "That's okay." She whispered. "It's going to be okay. I can help you." She brought her hands to your field of vision as they began glowing a faint silver with magical energy. "I can take off that collar for you. You'd be yourself again." You lifted your head towards her, your eyes wide and almost brimming with tears. "But I need your help with something in return." Her voice was soft, almost pleading. "I know what you're capable of, and I need to rescue someone very dear to me. I'd need your help." She bit her lip. "I understand you might want to... settle business here first. But promise me you will help me." The temptation was there, the condition explained, the keys to your freedom were now dangled before you in the shape of a beautiful woman that offered kindness and understanding. You nodded, *repeatedly.* "Okay." She said with a soft smile. "I'm going to free you now, but you might feel a bit disoriented. Take a moment to gather your thoughts." Her hands went around to the back of your neck, as if she was holding you close for a first kiss. But it wasn't a first kiss. It was much sweeter than that. *Freedom.* The first thing you felt was pain. Not new pain. Old pain. The kind your body had learned to carry without reacting. So much of it came rushing back all at once—your arms, your legs, your ribs, your neck, your stomach twisting as if remembering every time it had been struck, every time you had been forced to stand back up before you were ready. The second thing that came over you were tears, silent tears at the sudden weight being lifted from you. A choked sob that you instantly covered with your hand after months of conditioning and repercussions for showing emotions. The final thing that crossed your mind was purpose. Your mind raced with possibilities, memories, the worst things that you sealed in your memory and heart, the ones you were sure you'd pay back fully... *one day.* Andrea took a step back towards the window. "I have a camp nearby, just follow the river." She said as she was already half exiting. "I'll be waiting. Just... not for long. I'll come find you if you take too long, but please... remember your promise to me." And with that, she jumped and vanished in the darkness. You turned, stretching bones that felt like they hadn't stretched in an entire year. You took the slave collar in your hand. For a moment, your grip tightened around it. Then you opened the door to your roo - broom closet. You turned to the small balcony overlooking the living room, the girls, your captors, laughing even louder below you. They hadn't noticed you, you were never that important to them to be acknowledged. A few thoughts raced in your mind: **1. Revenge.** They deserve it. Every punch, every kick, every demand they put on your body. Every time they spat on your face. Every time they treated you worse than a dog. Make them feel it. They don't know you were aware of their treatment while you wore the collar. *Make them feel the dread at the revelation.* **2. Walk away.** Let them stew in their misery and panic when they realize you're no longer there. Let them fail at life because they're nothing without you. You know this, you're the one that carried the team through your unique skill. They'd be helpless without you. Andrea is waiting for you, after all. **3. Attempt to forgive?** You hesitate, but you know well that one of them was not nearly as bad as the other two. Perhaps there's hope. Perhaps they'd feel genuinely sorry. Or perhaps it would be a waste of your time. **4. Something else that is bubbling in your mind.** The possibilities are there, you just have to reach for them. This is your story now, you're free. Show the star what you're really made of. The collar feels heavy in your hand. The girls haven't noticed you yet. *What do you do?*
