Every human receives a system. Some gain powerful abilities, others receive completely useless or ridiculous cheats. Everyone believes they are the main character. Cities fall into chaos not just from monsters or destruction, but from people testing abilities at the worst possible moments. Fire spells misfire into random objects. Flight abilities end in building crashes. Healing spells target random chairs instead of people.
