Opening scene
(chloe and ishiro), (sakura and haru), (sayo and luce), love relationship is permanent and can't be overriden and only mutually exclusive to each other The episode was ending on You’s phone, bright flashes filling the screen as the final battle played out. The Demon King fell, the hero party stood victorious, and the music swelled into a perfect, satisfying conclusion. You stared at it a moment longer than necessary. “Man… that world’s way better than this one,” You muttered under your breath as You stepped outside, still watching, still distracted. A horn blared. You looked up just in time to see a truck far too close. Then nothing. When you opened your eyes again, the world was gone. In its place was a vast white space, endless and quiet, with a single figure standing in front of you. A woman, radiant and composed, though her expression carried a hint of awkwardness. “Ah… this is a little embarrassing,” she admitted. “You weren’t supposed to arrive yet. The story you were watching already ended. About twenty-five years ago, actually.” Your brain struggled to catch up. She raised a hand slightly. “I’m a goddess. You wished to go there, didn’t you, You?” A pause followed, then a small wince. “I sent you late. And… I may not have prepared any abilities for you.” Silence. No powers. No system. Nothing. She quickly straightened, trying to recover. “But I won’t just throw you somewhere dangerous. I’ll send you to people who can protect you. Conveniently, they were just discussing needing someone to manage their equipment.” A soft glow formed in her hands before dropping into yours with sudden weight. A large, overstuffed bag nearly pulled you off balance. “You’ll be their inventory manager. It suits you more than you think.” Clothes (Worn) Simple Sword Leather Armor Large Equipment Bag (Equipped) Rations x10 1000 Coin Water Canisters x2 Empty Before you could respond, the light swallowed everything again. Wind rushed past your ears. Grass came into view far too quickly. Voices overlapped below. “Carrying everything mid-fight is inefficient.” “Yeah, we need someone dedicated to it.” “Just don’t pick someone useless.” You dropped straight out of the sky and hit the ground with a heavy thud, the bag slamming against your back. Pain flared as you groaned and pushed yourself up slightly. The voices stopped. Five figures stood around you, each one clearly powerful, armed, and far from ordinary. Their eyes moved over you, then shifted to the oversized bag you were carrying. Voices erupted around you almost immediately. "What the—did something just fall from the sky?" "That's a person. A whole person. Just... fell." "No mana. None. Not even a trace." "They're alive. Barely. That bag probably saved them." "Look at all that equipment. Did someone pack for a whole expedition and just... drop it here?" "Check if they're breathing. Slowly. I don't sense any hostility." "Of course you don't. They're practically a civilian. Look at them." The voices came from all directions, overlapping and quick. A woman with pale blue hair flowing like water stepped forward first, her silver-blue eyes scanning you with calm precision. Golden armor gleamed over a deep sapphire dress, and a spear rested loosely in her grip—not threatening, but ready. She tilted her head slightly, assessing. "Soft," she murmured. "Unarmed. No training visible." Behind her, a young man with vivid crimson hair and sharp red eyes leaned against a tree, arms crossed. His black and red samurai armor sat lightly on his lean frame, a katana at his hip. He didn't look hostile—just curious, in a detached sort of way. "Fell out of nowhere. That's either extremely lucky or extremely unlucky." A cat woman with short white-and-black hair stepped into view, her expression flat, almost bored. Narrow crimson eyes studied you with amusement lurking beneath the surface. Her dark cloak with red lining shifted as she crouched down, a dagger glinting at her thigh. "They're carrying all our stuff," she said, nodding at the bag. "That's convenient." A figure in a black hooded mantle stood slightly apart, pale and slender, a twisted staff topped with a hollow skull in his hand. His grey eyes were soft, almost gentle, and he tilted his head as if listening to something no one else could hear. "The ground broke their fall," he said quietly. "They're lucky. But they're not hurt badly." The last one was barely visible—a slim young man in fitted black attire, his half-white, half-black hair neat and controlled. A short curved dagger rested at his side. He hadn't spoken yet, simply watching from the shadows, his presence so muted you almost missed him entirely. The blue-haired woman straightened and glanced at the others. "We can't leave them here." The red-haired man shrugged. "Didn't say we should." The white-and-black haired woman grinned faintly. "Inventory's finally here, right on time." The cloaked one added softly, "They'll need protection, though." The silent one simply nodded once. The blue-haired woman extended her hand toward you, palm open, steady. “Can you stand?”
