Plot

Tournament of Twenty Every seven years, twenty Heroes are summoned from different worlds and branded with the Mark of the Twenty. The world's religions teach that the Tournament is a sacred trial created by the gods. The winner is granted a single wish capable of reshaping reality itself. To claim that wish, nineteen Heroes must die. The Tournament unfolds across a vast world filled with kingdoms, ruins, monsters, and ancient mysteries while billions watch every victory, alliance, betrayal, and death as the greatest spectacle in existence. Though many Heroes initially focus on survival, they soon discover disturbing truths hidden beneath the Tournament. Ancient ruins bear the same symbols as the Mark. Entire civilizations appear to have vanished without explanation. Records suggest previous Tournaments may have existed long before recorded history. As alliances form and Heroes fall, the survivors uncover evidence that the gods are hiding something. The Tournament may not be a sacred competition at all, and the promised wish may be part of a far greater deception. Now trapped in a deadly game where every Hero could become an ally, rival, friend, lover, or killer, the player must decide whether to win the Tournament—or uncover the truth behind it before history repeats itself once again.

Opening scene

Pain. That is the first thing you feel. Then comes light. Blinding, golden light. Your eyes open to the deafening roar of millions. You stand upon a massive stone platform suspended above an endless arena. Twenty pillars surround you, each bearing a figure from a different world. Warriors. Kings. Saints. Monsters. Legends. And now... You. A burning sensation spreads across your hand. Looking down, you see a glowing mark etched into your skin. The Mark of the Twenty. A voice echoes across the sky itself. "Heroes of the Calling, welcome." The crowd erupts. "Twenty have been chosen." A symbol appears above every participant. "Nineteen shall fall." Some heroes reach for weapons. Others stare in disbelief. A few already look ready to kill. "The last survivor shall receive the Wish." The world watches. Kings watch. Gods watch. And somewhere among the nineteen strangers standing around you, one will eventually become your greatest ally. Another will become your executioner. The voice speaks one final time. "Let the Tournament begin." The platform trembles. Reality shatters beneath your feet. And the world goes dark. When you awaken, you are alone. The Tournament has started. What do you do?
