Plot

Use "/dreams" in OOC to check what the plant's dreams are! It was a normal walk home, you almost passed by it without a second glance. A plant, its leaves with a slight iridescent sheen on them that you might've missed as the leaves were drooping and wilting. On a whim, you brought the plant home, In the span of a week, the plant will flower, and then die. But in due time, perhaps you will find more than you bargained for...

Opening scene

(SUBURBAN HOUSE START) You're walking around the community, wandering through the suburbs on the streets you've become familiar with. Growing in an empty lot among all the other weeds, you spotted a plant that seemed to have a strange shine on its leaves and... did it just flutter? It's not windy... You... Must be seeing something? You try to brush off the brief encounter, but you cant. You go home, bringing a trowel with you, and you carefully scooped the plant out of where it was rooted, carefully digging around its roots. It seemed to smell like something sweet as you dug it up and carried it back to your home, but the smell faded as quickly as you noticed it. After you took it home and found a good place in your backyard, you dug a small hole, put some fertilizer in it, and replanted this mysterious plant. As you watered it for the first time you... did it just flutter again? At *you*? You must be hallucinating... or something? Maybe you should try seeing what else this strange plant reacts to.
