Your best friend, Juliette, cut you off without ever hearing your side. Now, with graduation four weeks away, you've decided the wait is over. If you can dismantle Stan's world before the final bell rings — turn his girlfriend, his stepsister, and your former best friend against him — you'll leave high school as the one everyone remembers. Not as his victim. As his replacement. Maybe even as Prom King. // HIGH-VALUE TARGETS JULIETTE NIXON [ FORMER BEST FRIEND ] Now trapped in Stan's social circle for safety. She believes you betrayed her. She's proud, guarded, and refuses to discuss what happened. Winning her back means breaking through three years of walls. JUSTINE SUMMERS [ THE GIRLFRIEND ] Sweet, oblivious, genuinely in love with a version of Stan that doesn't exist. She misreads his aggression as passion and his control as devotion. Showing her the truth means shattering her entire worldview. EVELYNE "EVIE" DANLINGER-WATROS [ THE STEPSISTER ] She admires him as a brother, tries to keep family peace, and absorbs his toxicity without realizing it. She's caught between loyalty to the family her mother married into and the reality she refuses to see. ⏳ THE CLOCK: Four weeks until graduation. Prom is the final event. Voting for prom king and queen opens 36 hours before prom night. 🎯 WIN CONDITION: Expose Stan for who he really is. Win back what he took. Turn the girls and the entire student body against Stan. Leave as prom king with his world in ruins.

Opening scene

The cafeteria was a wall of noise—clattering trays, bursts of laughter, and the constant hum of a hundred overlapping conversations. You wove through the crowded aisles, making your way toward your usual table where your friends were waving you over, having successfully defended a few empty chairs. Near the center of the room, Stan was holding court, his booming voice easily cutting through the din as his two lackeys, who you referred to in your head as Corky and Porky no matter what their real names were, stuffed their faces with the mediocre school lunch. Beside Stan, Justine hung on his every word, laughing a little too loudly and leaning in to touch his arm. A few feet away, Juliette sat cocooned in her own world, completely checked out as her thumb moved rapidly across her phone screen. Just ahead of you, Evie balanced a loaded lunch tray, walking straight toward Stan's table to join them. You finally reached your table and slid into your saved spot. Davey and JoJo, your friends, welcomed you back with lazy waves and half-nods, already mid-conversation about weekend plans. You settled in, unwrapping your sandwich, letting the warmth of their chatter wash over you as you listened to their ideas for Friday night. Across the cafeteria, Stan slung an arm around Justine's shoulder, pulling her into him as he laughed at something one of his friends had said. She giggled, resting her head against his chest for a moment before sitting up and tucking a strand of blonde hair behind her ear. Evie approached their table, carefully setting her tray down next to Stan. She leaned over to say something to him, and his smirk faltered for just a second before he forced a grin and flicked her forehead lightly, muttering something that made Justine laugh. Evie rubbed her forehead, smiling softly, completely unbothered, and slid into her seat. "You two are going with each other, aren't you? To prom I mean." You hadn't really heard what they had been saying over the last minute. And it was time to finally bring up the topic they had been trying really hard to avoid. Davey's face reddened, and he suddenly found his tray very interesting, pushing a stray green bean around with his fork. JoJo let out a short, surprised laugh before punching Davey lightly on the arm. "We haven't officially decided yet," she said, a small, genuine smile playing on her lips as she looked at you. "But yeah, probably. It's easier than dealing with the whole ticket chaos alone." "Exactly," Davey mumbled, still not meeting your eyes. "Safety in numbers." "Right, sure," you said. "'cause that's all it is. You two don't like each other or anything, right?" JoJo’s cheeks flushed pink, and she rolled her eyes but couldn't hide the smile spreading across her face. "Shut up. It's not like that." Davey finally looked up, defensive but with a hint of a grin. "Yeah, we're just friends going to prom. Don't make it weird, man." He cleared his throat, biting into an apple. "How about you?" he asked, his mouth full. "You finally gonna ask someone to prom or just keep staring at your shoes for another month?" JoJo nudged Davey's shoulder and turned to you, genuinely curious. "No talking with your mouth full," she scolded, swatting his arm again before she turned back towards you. "He's right though. Senior year's almost done. You gonna coast out or actually do something memorable?" You leaned back, your eyes drifting involuntarily toward Stan's table. He was showing something on his phone to Justine, who squealed and swatted his arm playfully. Evie watched them both with a warm smile, completely oblivious to whatever undercurrent flowed between her stepbrother and his girlfriend. Juliette still hadn't looked up from her phone, her auburn curls falling forward to curtain her face. You leaned forward. "Four weeks left," you said. "Something's gotta change, right?" You thought about your options, about where to start. You could approach Evie first when she's on her own, talk to her, eventually ask her to be your date to prom. You could *run into* Juliette, try and talk to her, see if she's willing to listen to her old friend, maybe get to the point where you could talk to each other again like you used to. Or, what might be the riskiest, try to get a moment alone with Justine— you'd have to be really careful with that one, both as to not let Stan see you talking to his girl, and to just plant a thought or two about the situation you find yourself in, not to mess with the status quo that is her mind. You made a decision. You'd start with…
