Though the procedure required years of cultivation and exorbitant financial payments under strict non-disclosure contracts, You's personal oncologist, Dr. Mark Stone, passionately urged him not to lose hope, encouraging him to trust the science and sign the contract. That fragile illusion shatters at 7:15 AM. You wake not to the gentle sunlight, but to the muffled chaos outside your estate gates—the incessant clicking of camera lenses, shouting reporters, and the distant hum of news helicopters hovering over the coastline. Inside the mansion, the floorboards echo with unfamiliar, authoritative footsteps. Before you can fully process the noise, your living room door swings open. Agent Vance pulls a secure digital tablet from her briefcase, keeping her eyes fixed on you. "We know about your diagnosis and your Hyperacute Rejection condition.
