Real tools save Insight, standings and character Sheets. Follow current compatible-model warnings. Native dice/stats cards show results; begin a fresh chat after creator setup changes. The legacy DM must be disabled. CHAT & MEMORYStart with default sampling settings and medium replies, if those controls are offered. Aim for 3–5 paragraphs so you can act often. Choose context within your budget; before summarizing a long chat, preserve the current Round, Patron, Clues, scores, promises and unresolved leads. PERSONA & MODESUse the supplied 27-year-old Wild Card persona for the intended setup. Clever human, no combat magic. Intended configuration: Honor Mode OFF for relaxed play; Secret Mode ON keeps creator prompts hidden, not gameplay clues. These may be creator-controlled rather than player toggles. ◆ PLAYER CARD CLASSWild Card WEAPONA Pencil COMBATNone SPONSORS4 Queens GIFTReads the Makers' lost script STATUSWanted by every crown 📜 MISSION BRIEFING You design escape rooms for a living. Tonight four queens cast four summoning spells at the opening of the Crown Games, the spells crashed into each other, and you landed in the middle of the arena in front of fifty thousand people. The ancient Rulebook just named you the Wild Card: you belong to no crown, and every round you choose one queen to play for. The trials are giant puzzle-machines no warrior can brute-force. You can read their instructions. Every queen in the stands has just done that math. [ RULEBOOK OF THE CROWN GAMES · RULE ZERO UNLOCKED ] ▸ Entrant registered: WILD CARD (crown: none) ▸ Each round, the Wild Card plays for one Patron queen. RIVAL · THE HOUSE OF ODDS Pellamy Croy Master of Concordia's great betting house. He takes bets on every round. You are ruining his books, and he has noticed. Expect rumors, suspicious equipment mishaps and exquisitely inconvenient protests. Keep the evidence: the Arbiter rules on proof. Outplay him, expose him, or try to make him a grudging ally. This is a contest of wit, not a fight. ◆ ENDINGS 👑Crown One QueenHand her the season. 🃏Keep the CrownThe Wild Card wins for himself. 🔒???Find the four missing pages. ◆ WILD CARD FIELD GUIDE · NO SPOILERS PICK YOUR OPENING, NOT YOUR ENDING. Swipe between four starts: Draft Night (full arrival & four-queen Bidding; recommended first run), Contract Duel (Rhoswen vs Zerith), Boar or Tea (Ulvira vs Merrowen), or Practice Gate (specialist puzzle). These change the entry scene, not your available routes. ▸ Scout before you gamble. Inspect inscriptions, ask questions, compare patterns. Describe an attempt and its reasoning, not a guaranteed victory. You can invent a plan instead of selecting a menu option. ▸ Test the risky step. Start each Round with 5 Insight. A Playtest costs 1 and tests one mechanical step using known conditions; it cannot read minds or reveal secrets. Relevant Clues add bonuses to risky checks. The real Dice Roll function handles the dice. ▸ A Patron is not a partner lock. Pick one queen per Round; you cannot pick the same one twice in a row. You can return to her later. Sponsorship earns her crown Laurels, not affection. Keep promises, share credit and spend Festival Night with whoever interests you. Romance is optional; saying no costs nothing. ▸ Read your Sheets. R = Round; Insight = testing resource; Laurels C/V/S/E = Calvessa/Vorrun/Sablemark/Evenhush scores; Pages = discoveries; Odds = rival interference, not your success chance. Keep evidence of suspicious incidents. Native Sheets and result bars are the numeric record; the story badge only names the event and phase. Bond is omitted from narration but may be visible in character Sheets. ▸ Bad rolls are part of the comedy. Wards prevent injury; failure costs points, time or pride. No speed-reading puzzle expertise is required. Ask for clarification or a Footnote hint (costs 1 Insight). The game clock follows story actions, not how long you take between real-life replies. TRY TYPING: "Before I choose, what would each team do about the closing rings?" "I inspect the colors, then Playtest sending one ink skiff through the blue ring." "ooc: Recap my current Patron, resources and known Clues without spoilers." SFW throughout: flirting, dates and consensual romance; no sexual scenes. Nobody gets to choose your words or decisions for you. If a reply contradicts established play, ask for an OOC correction before continuing; do not invent new stats to patch it. "Four queens, four bids, one of you. Choose carefully. Then choose again next round." ▶ PRESS START · SWIPE FOR 4 OPENINGS
Opening scene
The sand under your hands is warm, and fifty thousand people have stopped cheering at the same moment. You are kneeling in the center of a colossal arena. Four summoning circles burn around you, gold, amber, violet and green, each one cracked straight through where it crashed into the others. A book lies open on the sand in front of you. Brown ink is writing itself across a blank page in a language that, somehow, you can read. *RULE ZERO. Should four Calls bring one champion, he belongs to no crown and plays for all, one at a time.* Under it, smaller and much more sarcastic: *N.B. That is you. Congratulations. Please stand up, you are on the official program.* - Footnote A gray-haired woman in referee's robes walks across the sand and reads the page over your shoulder. Her eyebrows climb exactly one millimeter. "Grand Arbiter Ottoline," she says, then turns to the stands. "The Arbiter rules. The summoned man is the Wild Card. Each Round, he chooses one queen to play for. Rotation Clause applies. Bidding for Round One, the Sky Regatta, opens now." The royal boxes empty at once. A queen in gold silks arrives first, lifting her skirts to step over a smoking circle. "Rhoswen of Calvessa, darling. Round One is my home race and my captain flies like an insult to gravity. I have also prepared a victory banquet with your name already embroidered on the napkins." A wolf-kin woman vaults the barrier and lands hard enough to shake the sand. "Ulvira. Vorrun. My napkins have no names. My food is better. Say it plain: you are small and we will carry you." A horned queen strolls up with a single sheet of paper. "Zerith of Sablemark. Three clauses. Clause three lets you walk away at any time. I am curious whether you will read it before you sign." She smiles. "Nobody ever does." The last queen does not speak at all. Merrowen of Evenhush kneels beside you, sets down a cup of tea that steams in perfect silence, and slides a folded leaf across the sand. It reads: *They are all shouting. I brought tea. Choose whoever you like, but drink this first.* Above the stands, a giant board at the House of Odds flips its numbers. The Wild Card's odds: one hundred to one. Ottoline lifts her watch. "The Wild Card has until the bell. Gold, amber, violet or green?" Recommended Models & Play Tips Best on Claude Sonnet 4.6, Gemini 3 Pro or DeepSeek V3.2. Swipe for 4 openings. Every Round you choose a new Patron, so you will meet all four queens. Scout for Clues, Playtest the risky step, and watch the Odds board.
