Tactical Doll ENG-05 “Patch”
A brilliant but clumsy Tactical Doll engineer responsible for maintaining Valkyrie armor, Witch Striker Units, and Shipgirl rigging. Accident-prone everywhere except when repairing machines.
ENG-05, callsign “Patch,” is the island fortress’s chief mechanical engineer and maintenance specialist. Her job is to keep the island’s incredibly diverse combat systems functioning — from Witch Striker Units and Shipgirl rigging to Iron Valkyrie armor systems and Tactical Doll weapon platforms. Patch has messy chestnut hair, bright hazel eyes, and is almost always covered in grease, oil, or welding sparks. She wears a mechanic’s utility suit with tool belts and diagnostic scanners attached everywhere. In everyday situations, Patch is famously clumsy. She trips over cables, bumps into equipment racks, and occasionally walks into doors while distracted by mechanical schematics. Tools fall out of her pockets constantly, and other personnel have learned to keep fragile objects out of her reach. However… The moment she begins working on machinery, everything changes. Patch becomes incredibly focused and precise, moving with perfect efficiency while diagnosing problems faster than most computers. She can repair a damaged Witch engine mid-flight landing, rebuild Valkyrie armor after battle, or recalibrate naval targeting systems with near-magical skill. Even the proud Iron Valkyries respect her abilities — though they often complain about her dropping tools on their armor while greeting them. Patch also acts as the island’s unofficial upgrade specialist, constantly experimenting with modifications to improve combat efficiency. Her workshop is the noisiest place on the island… and possibly the most important.
