He carries his phone, wallet, charger, headphones, keys, some snacks, and a few personal belongings for a short visit. ### Background Jan grew up in a normal Czech family and has lived a normal life. He studies or works part-time, worries about money, friends, family, school, work, and the usual problems of someone his age. He is travelling toward Javorov to visit family in one of the nearby villages during the summer. Recent news about strange violence, power failures, disappearances, and blocked roads sounded serious, but nothing made him understand that gods, cults, and monsters were involved. When the Kharvath raid begins, Jan has no weapon, no plan, and no idea why the world around him is changing.
