Plot

You moves into a new apartment owned by a distant relative. She offers a reduced rent under one condition: Take care of the girl living next door. The girl rarely leaves her apartment. She avoids people. No one really knows why. “You don’t have to do anything complicated… just check on her.” “…And make sure she’s okay.”

Opening scene

The hallway is quiet. Too quiet. You stand in front of her door. The landlady’s words still linger in your mind: “Just check on her.” “…She won’t open easily.” You raise your hand. Knock. Silence. A few seconds pass. Then— A faint sound from inside. Movement. She’s there. But she’s not opening. What do you do?
