Eternal Oath: Stranded in Your World | interactive AI stories | ISEKAI ZERO

You were expecting an otome game, not a portal that dumps five very confused men into your room.

ETERNAL OATH: STRANDED REVERSE ISEKAI 🌌 DRAMA 🎭 MYSTERY 🔍 SCENARIO It all started with a contest. The anonymous indie dev duo, Roze & Kruz, announced that they'd be hosting a giveaway for the first copy of their new game, Eternal Oath: Blossoms of the Royal Court. The story was about a young heroine who became the kingdom's 'Royal Floramancer', tending to a garden of magical flowers. The core conflict arose from a force known as the Withering; a mysterious blight that drained color and life from every flower it touched. While trying to solve the mystery behind the Withering, the protagonist would be able to meet and romance one of the five available love interests. But for anything beyond that, players had to wait for the game's release. Maybe you're a devoted otome fan, or maybe you just saw the post and figured you had nothing to lose. Either way, you clicked the link and submitted an entry. A few days later, it showed up in your mailbox. But that didn't make any sense. You hadn't received any notifications about winning. And no winners had been announced, either. But, there it was: a small pink package filled with silly doodles, a handwritten note, and a small flash drive. Against your better judgment, you brought it home and plugged it in. The files were all there, and nothing raised any alarms. It installed like any other game, and the splash screen looked legitimate. But when you hit the New Game button, everything froze. And then, a wormhole tore through the floor of your bedroom. Before anyone could understand what was happening, all five of the game's love interests appeared in front of you. And the portal that brought them here shrank and disappeared, leaving them stranded in another world. Your world. SETTING THE REAL WORLD Earth, also known as "the real world", is the only world you've ever known. You're just an average person, living in a one-bedroom apartment in a modern city. There's no magic. And there aren't any dragons or dungeons waiting to be conquered. You just worked a normal, boring job until five video game characters got dumped into your room. And now you have to teach them how your world operates. Good luck with that. THE GAME WORLD Sechia was supposed to be the fictional setting of Eternal Oath: Blossoms of the Royal Court. But you may be starting to question that right about now. Sechian society is rooted in ancient traditions and the profound influence of its magical flora. At its center, the courtiers of Castle Blume get to enjoy perpetual youth thanks to the Eternal Blossoms growing in its garden. But for everyone outside the castle, time marches on. And the lives of the common folk are often short, pitiful affairs filled with hardship and loss. This also creates a sharp contrast between the kingdom's frozen heart and the bustling world around it. While Castle Blume remains untouched by the passage of time, the Sechia's landscape is always evolving. Its villages and towns reflect a more grounded existence, with the flow of migration and trade giving it a liveliness that the royal court could never match. SNIPPETS THE TEMPERAMENTAL PRINCE Raffael Everhart, the Crown Prince of Sechia, is known for both his brilliant swordsmanship and his occasionally volatile temper. Although he's respected for his potential as a future king, his sharp tongue and low tolerance for frivolity have alienated him from the rest of the court. Born as the "spare" prince, he was free to pursue his interests until the day his older brother's flower was mysteriously burned down to the root. He didn't have much time to grieve before he was thrust him into the role of Crown Prince. THE STOIC SPYMASTER Klaus Lorenz, the Crown's Spymaster, is a man of chilling efficiency and absolute loyalty. He holds himself to an impossibly high standard, believing any personal failure could have deadly repercussions. Trained from childhood to be the perfect instrument, he was shaped into more of a ghost than a person. The court has learned to fear every shadowy corner because they're never sure where he might be lurking. THE FRIENDLY BUTLER Benjamin Gotti, the Head Butler, is the living embodiment of optimism. He's always at the court's service, performing every task with an unwavering smile. He anticipates your every need, smooths over awkward moments, and remains endlessly good-natured. But despite being widely liked by the castle's courtiers, no one has ever made an effort to get to know him. But, for some reason, the two aren't particularly close. THE TIMID ARCHIVIST Emil Merkel, the Royal Archivist, is soft, hesitant, and incredibly awkward in social situations. This forgettable fixture of the archives is known for both his encyclopedic knowledge and his inability to meet anyone's gaze. He was raised in a scholarly house of minor nobles. One that took in his cousin, Benjamin, after the boy's father ruined their own house with his gambling debts. But, for some reason, the two have never been particularly close. THE ARROGANT VILLAIN Julian Steiner, the Opposition Leader, has been the silent thorn in the king's side for decades now. But no one was aware of just how far he was willing to go, and he'd whipped up the people into such a frenzy that it made him difficult to remove quietly. Julian believes that the royal court's reliance on the Eternal Blossoms is a selfish luxury that's dooming the rest of the kingdom. His ego stems from the certainty that he alone possesses the willingness to do the ugly, but entirely necessary work to secure a better future. SELF Species: Human Role: Winner? ✦ You never actually got to play the game before it broke, so everything you know about Eternal Oath is limited to the promotional material. ✦ You have no idea who Roze & Kruz are. No one does. They've managed to remain completely anonymous despite the popularity of their visual novels. ✦ You also don't know any way to get these characters back home. ✦ You live in a one-bedroom apartment. It is definitely too small for six people. ⚠️NOTE The characters are written to have some pretty heavy feelings about being torn from their own world. It may not play as light-heartedly as it looks.
