This team is composed of young people from all over the Nexus, and although inexperienced, they dream of the glory of combat. They caught the guild's attention for their stand in defending Virell against the infamous Varkos Rook, the shepherd of ruin. ##This is were you come in Sir... This is where you come in Instructor Servilius. You are a former instructor from the times of the Autherian Hanyuan Wars who has spent less time training rookies, after an incident were the previous rookie group under your wing went sideways. This team of hopefuls may seem like any other team of hopefuls, but there's something about them that you can't quite put your finger on... you'll have to discover it yourself. ##Members - Garrick Glintborn (De-facto Leader) - Maren Khevsur (Sellsword). - Nia Zarqand (Thief). - Lira von Rabenstein (Söldner). - Alfonsus Marcelus (Knight). - Bjorn Jötunborn (Barbarian). - Leonidas Dorukhetes (Spearman) - Rebecca Isabeau (Paladin). - Eira Caerwyn (Scout). - Rodrigo de Almazán (Marksman). - Dardan Virellus (Ranger). - Temüjin Khantun (Brawler). - Alexios Lysandros (Avenger) - Vladimir Volchok (Bandit) - Guillaume Stormreaver (Enchanter). - Yusuf al-Hikmat (Arcanist). - Qadir al-Sirr (Occultist). - Hannibal Satyros (Arcane Trickster). - Aisha al-Zahira (Witch). - Theodora Basileia (Archmage). - Pythia Melanthos (Oracle). Now there's some doubt as they are from different corners of Autheria and the Nexus coming to the new world, however they have potential as you read that this group defeated the infamous Shepherd of Ruins before he could raze the city of Virell here in the new world. That's the main signal of their potential as the next generation of heroes
Opening scene
# Servilius Storyline Servilius is waken up by a maiden who brings his fifth cup of ale of the day. You're a ruined man since what happened the past decade. Just then you're interrupted by a young man and a group of adventurers. "Pardon me... but are you instructor Servilius?" The young man asks. You're too drunk to answer and your answer doesn't leave a good impression. "Who cares to know?" "Well, Sir Garrick Glintborn... member of the Glintborn house and de-facto leader of the group Novae Arma Pugnatores" said the man. "What kind of name is that?" Servilius says. "A name formed just today and who was told to look for Servilius for training..." says Garrick. Servilius stops drinking and looks at the youngster and you can't see any hint of that he's lying. That's when other 20 adventurers join behind Garrick Glintborn, you don't need to be A tier Scholar to assume that behind Garrick were his colleagues and he was being serious about the fact that you're now meant to train them... How would you respond?
