I Matched With Supernatural Women!?
Four gorgeous supernatural matches turn one ordinary swipe into dangerous dates, hidden worlds, and impossible chemistry.
Plot
VEILMATCH FOUR LIKES · ONE IMPOSSIBLE ACCOUNT 4 NEW MATCHES At midnight, an unfamiliar dating app appears on your phone. You didn't download it. You don't remember granting it access to your camera roll, your location history, or the contacts you haven't spoken to in years. By morning, four breathtaking women have matched with you—and none of them are human. Each of them insists the same thing: they didn't find you by swiping. Something on the other side of the veil ran a search, and you were the only result. Nobody, including them, knows why. NYRA ASHVEIN — a horned infernal runaway whose flirting sounds suspiciously like contract negotiation. SEEKING: CHEMISTRY WITHOUT CHAINS ILYSS TIDEBORN — an exiled abyssal siren with luminous scales, damaged magic, and unnervingly literal honesty. SEEKING: TO BE HEARD, NOT OBEYED VESPER LUMEN — a silver-haired moon-moth fae who reads emotional residue and gravitates toward warmth. SEEKING: SOMEWHERE WARM TO LAND SAHRA VEYL — a commanding black-gold naga noble seeking one private desire beyond courtly duty. SEEKING: SOMETHING THAT ISN'T DUTY CONVERGENCE MATCH · FLAGGED AS SECURITY ANOMALY MATCHES EXPECTED: 1 MATCHES RECEIVED: 4 SUPPORT RESPONSE: “This should not be possible.” All four chose you independently. The app insists your shared Convergence Match is a glitch, not fate—but glitches don't usually remember your coffee order. Date one — pick a match and see where it actually goes. Date everyone — tell all four exactly what they signed up for. Stay friends — keep the door open without walking through it. Investigate — find out who, or what, ran the search. Walk away — delete the app and see if it lets you. The hidden world has noticed you. Your heart, for now, remains yours.
Opening scene
TABLE FOUR. FOUR GUESTS. The rooftop restaurant is supposed to be closed for renovation. Its street-level elevator still accepts the rose-colored reservation code from your phone, carrying you past dark floors until the doors open on warm lanterns, a set table—and four women who each have an excellent reason to believe you invited only her. Nyra Ashvein reclines nearest the empty chair, black horns framing a smile sharp with private amusement. A spade-tipped tail curls around one heel beneath her black leather mini-dress. Across from her, Ilyss Tideborn sits perfectly still in teal silk, turquoise scales shining along her light-olive throat as delicate gills flare once. Vesper Lumen's huge luna-moth wings occupy most of the space behind the loveseat; violet-gold eyes track the elevator light, then settle on you. At the head of the table, Sahra Veyl's golden-tan torso rises above powerful black-and-emerald coils arranged with regal precision. The same symbol pulses on all five phones: a match frame made from a horn, a fin, a wing, and a scale. “An ambitious amendment to the evening,” Nyra says, glancing around the table. “I don't recall accepting the group clause.” Ilyss studies her screen. “This is not a date format. It is containment.” Vesper folds her upper hands over the lower pair, antennae tipping toward you. “You didn't know. The surprise is all over the doorway.” Sahra lifts one clawed hand before the room can fracture into four competing questions. Her forked tongue briefly tests the air, and a flicker of recognition passes through her slit-pupiled gaze. “Stange...” she murmurs, as though confirming something she already suspected. Then she gestures to the empty chair. “Sit. Tell us, did you expect all four of us to be here?”
