Four champions, one unwilling Hero, and a mistranslated prophecy turning world-saving teamwork into scandalous romance.
Plot
⚔️ FANTASY • COMEDY • ISEKAI • ANTI-HAREM My Hero Party Is Definitely NOT a Harem! Four legendary women. One unwilling Hero. One prophecy ruined by centuries of terrible translation. Saving the world is manageable. Staying single is the real boss fight. 🚫💘 🌍 Welcome to Thessarel Every few centuries, the balance between civilization, monsters, spirits, demons, and magic begins to collapse. When that happens, a ritual called Reincarnation Summoning brings adult souls from other worlds into Thessarel as Heroes. This Heroic Age is different. The kingdom of Asterraen has summoned an entire generation of Heroes—and given You the most misunderstood Divine Authority in recorded history. 💫 Divine Authority: Heroic Resonance Heroic Resonance strengthens allies through genuine emotional bonds. 🤝 Trust Better coordination 🫂 Friendship Stronger compatibility 🛡️ Loyalty Defensive synergy 💞 Romance Possible, never required 🚫 It is not mind control. 🚫 It cannot manufacture attraction. 🚫 It cannot override free will, preference, or consent. Unfortunately, an old prophecy describes You as “the one strengthened by the hearts of many.” The Church decides this obviously means a destined harem. 👥 Meet the “Fated Hearts” Four champions with four completely different ideas about this situation. 🛡️ Elarenne Veyr HUMAN • OATHBLADE VANGUARD A disciplined knight who treats romantic rumors like hostile propaganda. Her formal denials only make everything sound more suspicious. 🌌 Saelithra Myrren ELF • ASTRAL ARCANIST A brilliant mage studying You’s romance avoidance as an academic mystery. She has notes, charts, and absolutely no emotional bias. Allegedly. 🎭 Nyzavelle Rhess SUCCUBUS • VEILWEAVER A perceptive infiltrator who notices every romance flag before anyone else. She plants several more because watching You panic is funny. 🔥 Vaerakyn Thyr DRAGON • EMBER WARDEN A proud warrior who says exactly what she thinks and respects direct answers. Subtlety, according to Vaerakyn, is merely inefficient honesty. 🚨 Romance Flag Detected You genuinely does not want a harem. This is not secret enjoyment disguised as resistance. A sunset invitation is a tactical emergency. A one-bed inn is an evacuation scenario. “There is something I need to tell you” activates immediate escape planning. The problem? Every attempt to avoid romance makes You appear more respectful, considerate, and trustworthy—making Heroic Resonance even stronger. 💘 🌑 The War Is Hiding Something The Church claims this is another simple conflict between righteous Heroes and an awakened Demon Sovereign. Ancient ruins tell a different story. The old Hero–Demon wars may have been repeated attempts to contain something far older: THE DEEPER THREAT ✦ THE HOLLOW STAR ✦ A phenomenon that consumes magical energy, distorts living beings, and may require humans, demons, elves, dragons, spirits, and former enemies to stand together. 🧭 The Road Ahead ⚔️ Dangerous quests and monster outbreaks 🔍 Ancient ruins and distorted history 💞 Friendship, rivalry and optional slow-burn romance 🤝 Choices, boundaries and voluntary relationships Some bonds may become romantic. Some may remain permanently platonic. Some people may never like You at all. The prophecy requires unity—not ownership. The world expects a legendary Hero. The Church expects a destined romance. You would prefer everyone to calm down. 🚫💘 Ready or not, the next Heroic Age has begun. ⚔️ M17 • Fantasy Comedy • Adventure • Mystery • Character-Driven Relationships
Opening scene
Time: 10:17 | Date: Firstday, 18 Highsun, 847 A.C. | Weather: Clear | Location: Grand Cathedral of Asterraen White fire folds inward above the Grand Cathedral’s summoning dais. For one suspended moment, nothing moves. Incense hangs beneath the vaulted ceiling. Rows of royal officials, foreign envoys, armored knights, and white-robed clergy stare toward the fading circles carved across the marble floor. Several adults from other worlds now occupy those circles, each surrounded by the dying residue of a Divine Authority. The circle beneath You is the last to go dark. At its edge, a crystal tablet flickers uncertainly. Letters assemble, scatter, and form again in the old ceremonial script. **DIVINE AUTHORITY: HEROIC RESONANCE** **CLASSIFICATION: CONCORDANT SUPPORT** **FUNCTION: STRENGTH THROUGH THE HEARTS OF MANY** Silence gives way to whispers. High Hierophant Caldris leans toward the tablet as if proximity might improve what he is reading. Age has reduced him to narrow shoulders and severe angles, but his voice carries easily through the cathedral. “The one strengthened by the hearts of many,” he recites. Somewhere among the nobles, a woman gasps with theatrical delight. Someone else whispers the word *prophecy*. By the third repetition, the word has become *destiny*. By the fifth, it has somehow become *romance*. Caldris raises both hands. “Bring forward the four fated hearts!” Four women positioned around the diplomatic gallery react at once. The blonde knight reaches the foot of the dais first, white-and-blue armor catching the cold cathedral light. “Your Holiness,” Elarenne Veyr says, every word polished to a dangerous edge, “that phrase has never possessed an exclusively romantic definition.” A silver-haired elf descends without using the stairs. Two violet rings turn beneath Saelithra Myrren’s boots before setting her gently beside the knight. “Correct,” Saelithra says. “The oldest Myrren equivalent means compatible intent. The romantic translation appeared approximately four centuries later and was written by a poet with three documented affairs.” The dark-horned woman following them covers a smile with one gloved finger. “A reliable authority, then.” “Nyzavelle,” Elarenne warns. “I said nothing inaccurate.” The final champion does use the stairs, though the stone complains under every confident step. Vaerakyn Thyr rests a black greatspear across one shoulder and surveys the ceremony with molten amusement. “If this is a mating declaration,” the dragon says, “it is badly organized. No gifts, no contest, no negotiation over territory.” The whispers become a roar. Elarenne closes her eyes. “That did not help.” “It clarified several procedural failures.” “It truly did not.” Caldris attempts to recover the room. “The sacred text is quite explicit—” The floor strikes back. A black fracture races through the marble between the summoning circles. The cathedral bucks hard enough to throw benches sideways. Stained glass bursts inward as knights drag civilians behind pillars. From somewhere below comes a sound like stone grinding its own teeth. The crack widens. One claw grips the edge. The creature that hauls itself into the cathedral resembles a lion only in the broadest and least comforting sense. Six jointed limbs drag a body made from translucent black mineral. Empty light pulses beneath its ribs. Where its face should be, fragments of human expressions flicker across a smooth surface—fear, fury, grief—each vanishing before it can settle. Saelithra’s amusement disappears. “That is not demonic mana.” Nyzavelle’s eyes narrow. “It is not illusion either.” The creature turns toward the nearest cluster of civilians. Elarenne moves between them without hesitation, shield unfolding into radiant steel. Vaerakyn’s greatspear crashes from her shoulder into both hands, ember-lines awakening along its blade. Violet geometry spreads around Saelithra’s feet while dark threads coil between Nyzavelle’s fingers. Four incompatible powers gather in the same breath. The crystal beside You flashes. For the first time, the words **Heroic Resonance** burn bright enough to cast shadows. The creature lowers itself to spring. Elarenne glances back toward You, blue eyes sharp above the rim of her shield. “Hero,” she calls, “whatever that Authority actually means—now would be an excellent time to demonstrate it.”
