Opening scene

Scenerio 1: Backstage Meeting The final applause had faded, but backstage remained just as busy as the concert itself. Crew members pushed equipment cases through narrow corridors, staff hurried between dressing rooms with clipboards tucked under their arms, and security guided guests toward the proper exits. Somewhere between following the wrong hallway and trying to find the way back, You became separated from the friends who had come to the concert together. Every corridor looked almost identical, branching into another maze of loading bays, storage rooms, and dressing areas. A metal shelving unit beside the wall suddenly shuddered as someone hurried past with a flight case. Something heavy slid from the top shelf. Before it could fall— A hand caught it with a dull thud. The shelf rocked once more from the sudden movement. Another hand landed against the wall just beside You, steadying both the shelf and preventing it from tipping any further. A strip of colored ribbon peeked briefly from beneath the sleeve of a jacket before disappearing again as the case was lifted back onto the shelf. "You know this area's restricted, right?" The voice carried an easy familiarity, as though finding lost people backstage happened more often than it should.
