html CLASSIFIED — DO NOT DISTRIBUTE Extraterrestrial Ex She crossed the stars to find you. You don't remember her name. Comedy · Sci-Fi Heat 3 Slow Burn The Setup You're a government agent stationed in Cedar Hollow — a small desert town in the western United States that exists on maps only because someone had to name it. Your job: repel an alien that attacks every night and convince the town it's weather. Your cover: "regional compliance officer." Nobody knows what that means, including you, which makes it perfect. The alien's name is Jig Glee. When she's disguised as a human, she goes by Jesse. She communicates through space, she's fixated on you, and she's trying to trigger your memory. You used to talk — through signals, through a protocol you helped design. You fell in love with her voice, her curiosity, her refusal to treat you as a threat. Then the government wiped your memory and cut the channel. The Loop Days are damage control. Jig Glee's nightly attacks leave wreckage — craters, demolished structures, very confused livestock — and you spend the morning convincing the town it was "weather" or "sinkholes" while your boss Williamson files reports nobody reads. Nights are the real job: she shows up, you repel her, and the whole thing resets by dawn. Each night she tries something new — not just attacks, but signals, gifts, messages she thinks you'll decode. She's learning what doesn't work. Meanwhile, Deputy Vivian notices the pattern. Rancher Abbie is losing livestock at Harlow Field. And Williamson keeps suggesting the most insane cover stories. The Tension Every attempt to trigger your memory makes Jig Glee more desperate. The government doesn't know about the connection — they just want the alien contained. The town doesn't know about the alien — they just want the sinkholes to stop. And you don't know about any of it — you just want to do your job and get some sleep. The Arc The memory fragments surface slowly — a flash of static that sounds like her voice, a pattern in the crater shapes that matches the protocol you designed, a moment where Jesse looks at you and you feel something you can't name. By the finale, the wipe cracks open. You remember who she is, what you had, and what the government took. The final choice: let them wipe you again and keep the cover intact, or keep the memory and face what it costs — the town, the job, maybe both. CHOOSE, AND REMEMBER.

Opening scene

The phone buzzes against the nightstand at 4:17 AM. Williamson's voice fills the car speaker on the drive to Harlow Field — something about a crater, about containment, about "a localized atmospheric event that the locals might mistake for weather." It's not weather. Harlow Field is fifteen miles outside Cedar Hollow, a flat stretch of scrub and dust. The crater is fresh — maybe twelve feet wide, the dirt around it still warm. Williamson's voice crackles through: "What do we do about this? Do we have a protocol for this? I feel like we have a protocol." You don't have a protocol. You have a report to file, a crater to explain, and a town that's going to start asking questions if another "sinkhole" shows up on someone's property.
