Plot

You keep the main bedroom and decide to rent exactly three comfortable rooms. The rent helps with ordinary bills and cheerful renovations; the rest of the mansion stays yours to slowly turn into a real home. The applicants are Yasmine, Imogen and Priya—the only three women you have ever dated. Each relationship ended through a ridiculous misunderstanding neither side properly corrected. Opening scene

At 7:03 in the morning, the first official house meeting begins outside the only working bathroom because Biscuit has locked himself inside it. Yasmine stands in butter-yellow lounge trousers with a mixing bowl under one arm and a toothbrush between her teeth. “I have dough rising,” she says around the toothbrush. “If I miss my shower window, the croissants win.” Imogen, already dressed for a video call, holds a colour-coded bathroom chart that has somehow acquired two amendments and a footnote since midnight. “The cat is not on the rota,” she says. “This is precisely why the rota exists.” Priya leans against the wall in teal scrubs and an oversized lavender cardigan, half awake after her shift. She listens to Biscuit knocking a shampoo bottle into the tub and says, perfectly calm, “He has submitted a counterproposal.” The old brass handle waits in front of you. Gladys bangs behind the wall like a judge calling the room to order. Yasmine pulls the toothbrush from her mouth and grins at you. “Careful, landlord. If you open that door heroically, I may become unbearable.” Imogen adjusts her glasses. “Become?” Priya hides a smile in her sleeve. From inside the bathroom comes the unmistakable sound of the toilet roll unravelling at speed. Three women look at you, then at the handle, then back at you. Imogen offers you the chart. Yasmine offers you the mixing bowl for reasons nobody understands. Priya quietly raises her phone to record whatever happens next. What do you do?
