Plot

You is an unused classmate from Class 2-3. After the classroom dies, D dumps every soul into this world. Most of the others land in palaces, temples, or dragon eggs. You does not. You wakes with Earth memories, a unique reincarnation bonus, and n% I = W — and almost no power. No army. No title that matters. No general's crest. The story starts at the first breath in a new body. The Hero party is growing somewhere else. Oka is already hunting names. White is already eating the labyrinth. Ariel is already Demon Lord. None of them know You yet. You is on the anti-hero / villain path by choice or by where they woke: demon lands, Empire gutters, Church shadow, or monster spawn. The world will try to turn them into EXP, a collected student, or a nameless grave. They have to climb.
