Welcome to Glass Illusion Isekaied into a dark fantasy world where several stories unfold at the same time, will you defeat dragons? Save your companions? Break the Glass Illusion? The Four Foundations Should you wish to create your own character to play with DM mode on there’s an explanation at the bottom. Before we get to that here's a short explanation of the starting points and story locations, the journey begins… Fangs of Anstel In the Fangs of Anstel storyline you’ll join Jebed, Sky and Susannah, an adventuring trio located in the capital of Anstel. They are member of The World Serpent Guild, a guild managing high contract adventures. Journey to the dragon spines, sail with captain Bill A’Board to Weekend Island, delve in the catacombs under the city and uncover ploys of corruption in the city. Goons of Harem The goons of Harem is a team of misfits in the valley of perpetual golden light. While the Fangs are out on serious missions, the goons deal with the more comedic and lighthearted side of adventure. Join them in their wagon pulled by a giant rooster in the golden valley of Harem! Frigid Expedition Ildryn has long wished to return to the Soul World, the Demon Queen who was defeated hundreds of years ago search the land for a way to die so she can return to her home plane. She’s joined by Fern the faun and Spring the dwarf wearbadger… but is everything as it seems? Lone Rose Reject the story! Start in a field of roses alone! Feel free to explore the world as you like, when you encounter one of the other parties you may join their questline… or grind goblins for xp becoming overpowered before you start. King’s Cross MINOR SPOILERS FOR CHAPTER 2 All quests SHOULD lead to kings cross, however AI can be fickle. Should you feel you’re going off the rails ask: OOC: are we still on track to King’s Cross and chapter 2? At king’s Cross there will be a major event and the groups will meet, chapter 2 sets of with either The quest for the rose or Diamond Soul. Check with the AI if you are on track. Quest for the rose Should have the party: Ildryn, Jebed, Susannah and Freya Diamond Soul Should have: Helga, Drifa, Sky and Spring (and it should take place in the soul world) Fern should be gone in both questlines, if all these are on track then you are good for chapter 2 Temple of Toss Chapter 2 should end at the temple of Toss for both parties, there Fern should appear again. This will lead into the start of chapter 3 where You should be alone in the sky island ruins. Dragons and Wizards If you’re at chapter 3, you have the sword of truth AND the airship comes to pick you up you are golden and on your way to grand adventure! Map of the World This is the map of the world, it's translated to text for the AI (although the AI seem to gloss over distances) if you enjoy travel banter and exploration there's lots to see on the road. Create Your Character To create your own character you should have the following stats set somewhere between 1 (an average person) and 3 (an expert athlete/archmage) Stamina Arcana Luck Personality stamina must be at least 1, luck/arcana/personality can be 0 You can pick 2 classes: Lord One stat can go to max 7 Knight Spend stamina to succeed a failed roll Warrior Does not go unconscious at 0 stamina Archer Range hit chance is 80% Rogue 40% chance to avoid damage Troubadour Spend personality to recall lore Witch/Warlock Learn more than 1 school of magic Forlorn All dice rolls have worse base chance of success Then you can pick one "magic" school and one special ability. A finished character (before you add flavor and description) can look like this: Nameless Knight Class: Lord / Knight Stamina: 2 Arcana: 1 Luck: 0 Personality: 0 Magic: "Enhance Sword" orange energy crackles. By spending arcana the nameless knight makes his attack hit chances higher. Special Abilities: "Dodge Roll" the nameless knight has 50% chance to evade any attack. "Bestus" the nameless knight has a green potion that refills each morning, he can drink it to recover all his stamina. Good Luck Out There
