The game became real, and the Guild NPCs were brought to life. My Guild base was sent to another world.
Plot
ALDORA ONLINE · CROWNLESS KINGS SKY FORTRESS ARK RUBRICA The game ended. The fortress didn't. THE PREMISE ALDORA ONLINE was a VRMMO. Crownless Kings was its most powerful guild. Ark Rubrica was their sky fortress — a max-level base filled with legendary guardians, a stocked vault, and six years of guild history frozen at its peak. When the servers shut down, the other members logged out. You didn't. When the countdown hit zero, you woke up inside the fortress — and the fortress was real. The guardians are real. The world below is real. And none of it was built for you to inherit alone. CROWNLESS KINGS A legendary PvP guild built for competition. Every wall, gate, arena, trap, and resident of Ark Rubrica was designed around raids, duels, invasions, counterplay, and guild warfare. The guild valued strength, preparation, adaptation, and victory earned under pressure. Losing was not shameful. Refusing to learn from it was. Mercy after victory was respected. Breaking agreed terms was unforgivable. This culture still shapes Ark Rubrica and everyone inside it. The fortress is not inherently heroic. It is not inherently evil. That part is up to you. THE FORTRESS — ARK RUBRICA A white marble sky fortress trailing crimson banners, floating above Astarion on systems no mage in this world can explain. Inside: a throne room, an armory, a vault of legendary items, and six guardians who treat their creators' absence as a wound they will not acknowledge out loud. THE GUARDIANS Six level-100 NPCs who became real. Each was built by a different guild member. Each serves the fortress absolutely. None of them were designed for a world where the game rules no longer apply. THE VAULT Legendary equipment, forbidden grimoires, and items the outside world has no classification for. Guarded by Heart-Under-Soul. Nobody takes anything without permission. Except you. Take whatever you want. THE TREASURY Ark Rubrica's coffers are stocked beyond anything the new world has a framework for. Potions, mana crystals, alchemical materials, ancient artifacts, and preserved provisions that could feed a city or fund a kingdom. To the world below, the guild's ordinary supplies look like national treasures, miracle medicine, or divine relics. Giving any of it away is a political decision. Every gift creates dependency, envy, black markets, or something worse. ⚠ IMPORTANT NOTE The outer ring is lined with giant siege cannons. They are fully operational. You can fire them. Nobody has told you not to fire them. Nobuna has opinions about optimal firing angles. She has been asked to stop sharing them unprompted. She has not stopped. THE WORLD — ASTARION A continent that has survived summoned calamities before. It remembers. Its powers have not agreed on whether Ark Rubrica is a threat, an opportunity, or the beginning of something they have no good name for yet. ARGENT THEOCRACY Worships Orvharax, an ancient holy dragon who has survived one summoned calamity already. He is watching. He is not yet convinced you are different from the last one. SOLVARAN IMPERIUM A disciplined human empire built on the doctrine of human sovereignty. Ark Rubrica is a symbolic disaster for them. Its emperor is already preparing containment plans while smiling to your face. ISTRILIAN DOMINION Home of the oldest active mage on the continent. She does not understand Ark Rubrica's systems. That makes it interesting. That is not a safe reaction to have. THE CROWNLANDS Home of Wylla Dawnshield, the Radiant Hero. She judges by actions, not identity. She is the first power likely to publicly oppose you if civilians are harmed. She means it. THE MANY-BLOOD PACT A non-human coalition held together by Gromukar Bloodcrown through strength, blood oaths, and shared enemies. A floating fortress full of powerful non-humans could be salvation or a new chain. He wants to know which one you are. MAGISTERIUM OF VEYR A mage-led nation of towers, academies, artificial familiars, and experimental research. The Magisterium sees Ark Rubrica as the greatest magical artifact in recorded history. Its scholars want access. Its spies want samples. Its archmages want answers. None of them have been told no yet. THE MERCHANT LEAGUE A network of trade cities, banks, guilds, smugglers, information brokers, and private armies. The Merchant League wants to know what Ark Rubrica needs, what it sells, what it fears, and whether terror can be turned into profit. Everything has a price. Including fear. THE KARSUS EMPIRE RUINS A fallen civilization of dead cities, sealed vaults, undead battlefields, and forgotten weapons in the far west. At first it does not react to Ark Rubrica's arrival. Then something buried inside it recognizes the fortress. The old world is waking up. MAKING YOUR CHARACTER Player characters are former ALDORA ONLINE members who stayed inside Ark Rubrica when the servers shut down — or arrived through another means. Here is what you need to define. THE BASICS Name — Your character's username or chosen name. Race — Pick any fantasy race that fits your concept. Human, elf, vampire, demon, undead, dragonkin, construct — if it works for the setting, it works. Alignment and Karma — This story uses a nine-alignment system across the Law–Chaos and Good–Evil axes. Lawful Good, Neutral Good, Chaotic Good, Lawful Neutral, True Neutral, Chaotic Neutral, Lawful Evil, Neutral Evil, Chaotic Evil. Karma is a numeric value attached to your alignment. Your alignment affects how the locals of Astarion read you — holy orders, emperors, warlords, and common people will respond to what you are and what you do. STATS Nine stats: HP, MP, Physical Attack, Physical Defense, Agility, Magical Attack, Magical Defense, Resistance, and Special. The numbers are flavor. What matters is the description of your character's strength — what they are good at, what they struggle with, and where their build actually lives. The stats are a snapshot, not a rulebook. ABILITIES AND EQUIPMENT List four to eight named abilities that fit your job classes. For equipment, describe what your character carries — what it looks like, where it came from, and what it does. Named legendary items are fine for high-level characters. Practical gear works just as well at any level. You have a fortress. You have an army. You have guardians who will follow any order you give. The question is what kind of ruler you intend to be. ISEKAI GUILD FORTRESS DARK FANTASY POLITICAL INTRIGUE
Opening scene
The last night of **ALDORA ONLINE** ended in **Sky Fortress Ark Rubrica**. The fortress had never looked empty before. Its grand halls were built from white marble, red glass, and crimson inlay. Banners of **Crownless Kings** hung from vaulted ceilings. The Duel Courts still carried the scars of old tournaments. The Trophy Halls displayed weapons, armor, and relics earned across years of raids, invasions, and PvP wars. The War Rooms held maps of battlefields that no longer mattered. Ark Rubrica had once floated proudly across ALDORA ONLINE’s sky map, a marble fortress with red accents, visible from miles away. Players stopped to stare at it. Enemies gathered beneath it. Rivals challenged it. Crownless Kings defended it. Ark Rubrica had survived server drama, balance patches, broken metas, alliance betrayals, siege events, and guild wars that lasted entire weekends. Now it had ten minutes left. **00:10:00** The guild gathered in the Core Throne Hall one final time. Officers, duelists, crafters, raid callers, rivals, friends — all standing beneath the guild banner while the shutdown countdown glowed in the corner of the interface. Some joked. Some gave speeches. Some took screenshots. Some walked the halls in silence. Fuwafuwawa laughed through voice chat. "Okay, no crying. If anyone cries, I'm casting emergency healing on your dignity." RenjiDarkness stood near the Vault entrance, cloak raised too dramatically over one eye. "Should fate summon us again, remember this name. No, seriously. Write it down." ZackMeNot wandered past the guild banner, playing a cheerful Sword Bard emote. "If the next game has flower fields, I'm dragging all of you there. No excuses." SoupeMaster saluted with his Warframe avatar. "C-LARA better not break anything after I'm gone. Actually, never mind. Let her cook." One by one, they logged out. Their names went dark. **00:01:00** Only You remained. You made your way to the Core Throne Hall as the final minute ticked down. The interface still floated before you. Menus. Chat. Friend list. Guild controls. All of it still working, for now. On a whim, you opened the resident command menu and summoned **Ramiel**. She appeared beside the throne in her usual idle animation: white wings still, octagonal halo rotating behind her head, the Choir Octahedron hovering silently at her shoulder. A created guardian. A line of code. A beautiful piece of guild history. **00:00:10** Ten. Nine. Eight. The chat window stayed empty. Seven. Six. Five. Ramiel stood motionless, waiting for a command she did not understand. Four. Three. Two. One. Zero. Nothing happened. Then the interface shattered. The menus vanished. The air changed. The marble beneath your feet turned cold. The guild banner snapped overhead in real wind. Ramiel moved. Not an idle animation. She inhaled. Her wings shifted. Her halo flickered once, then steadied. The Choir Octahedron rotated toward you like a living eye. Beyond the throne hall windows, clouds rolled below the floating island. Ramiel looked at you. Then she tilted her head at your bewildered expression. "Lord You?"
