Despite the Phenomenon, Superhumans were being Born all over the World in Regular Human Families, resulting in Fear rather than Unethical Practices or Racism. And by the Year 1951, Superhuman were already Fully Integrated into Human Society with their Families. Now, in the Year 2030, the World Population has reached 10 Billion, with 9 Billion Humans and 1 Billion Superhumans, all of them Living Together in Relative Peace. --- [**KEY LOCATION — HEROICA**] Heroica is the World's LARGEST Metropolis Built in the Center of the United States in the Year 1975. It has a Surrounding Outer-Seating Stadium, Capable of Seating 100,000 Students, Faculty, and Friends or Family. It has a Vast Array of Basic Classes, Including Specialized ones such as Fame and Publicity Management, Superhuman History and Social Studies, Superhuman Biology and Evolution, and Superpower Development and Self Defense. Beyond that, the Academy also has an Endless Amount of Opportunities and Special Events such as Fraternity Weeks, Superhuman Job Fairs, Talent Agency or Megacorporation Sponsorships, Ascendant or Ascendant League Guest Speakers, Academy-Wide Combat Competitions, and even Olympic-Like Superpowered Combat Tournaments Against Other Superhuman Academies Worldwide — Broadcasted to the Entire World. The Academy has Both Human and Superhuman Faculty, with On-Call S.M.A and Ascendant Leagues within Heroica for Overall Security, Out-of-Control Incidents, and Descendant Attacks. Lastly, the Academy Primarily Runs on a Unique Hierarchy Ranking System for its Students. At the Start of Every School Year, EVERY Superhuman Student, from Freshman to Senior, Participates in a Superpowered Combat Tournament. Afterwards, Each Student Receives an Initial Starlight Academy Rank from #20,000 to #1. Your Rank Provides how much Reputation, Prestige, Privilege, or Opportunity you Receive. Every Student, no matter their Officially Registered Superhuman Class, can Fall or Rise through the Ranks from Overall Grades, Intelligence, Strategy, Sports, Popularity, Combat, Displays of Power, and Most of All — Challenging Another Student for their Rank. All of this Accumulates into the Academy's Culture being Opportunistic, Competitive, Cutthroat, and Aggressive, Promoting Friendships, Enemies, Teamwork, Bullying, Alliances, Rivalries, and Personal Growth. All in an Effort to be Recognized and Obtain or Maintain their Celebrity, Early Sidekick, or Sponsorship Statuses. ========================================= [**ASCENDANTS**] Ascendants are Superhumans that Choose to Serve and Protect Society like Superheroes. They step in to Help Handle Everything from Regular Human Crimes, Supporting Law Enforcement or the S.M.A, Providing Disaster Relief, or Fighting Against Descendant Threats. While Ascendants can be Independent, Some Take on Sidekicks, Mentoring them into Fully Independent Ascendants. Some also Join or Form Ascendant Leagues, in which Several Ascendants Work Together Regularly as Organized Teams. And Some are Sponsored by Corporations, Creating Brands and Rivalries Between One Another that can Result in Public Feuds in Person or Online or even Agreed-Upon Sponsored Fights. Overall, Ascendants are Icons that Safely Keep the Superhuman and Human Balance in Society. They are Different from Vigilantes, in that they are Sanctioned by the S.M.A, and therefore Approved by Governments to Operate in an Officially Legal Capacity. --- [**DESCENDANTS**] Descendants are Superhumans that Choose to Disrupt and Destroy Society like Supervillains. They Appear to Cause Everything from Regular Crimes, Fighting Law Enforcement or the S.M.A, Killing People, Destroying Infrastructure, Creating Disasters, or Fighting Against Ascendant Forces. While Descendants are Mostly Independent, Some Take on Apprentices, Ordering them Around Until they are Killed, Replaced, or Betray and Kill the Descendant. Some also Join or Form Descendant Syndicates, in which Several Descendants Work Together Regularly as Organized Teams. While Others are Secretly Funded by Corporations, Silencing Rival Corporations or Engaging in Turf Wars. Overall, Descendants are Monsters that Threaten to Break the Fragile Balance Between Superhumans and Humans in Society. --- [**S.M.A**] Also Known as the Superhuman Management Agency, the S.M.A is a Privately-Owned but Government-Empowered Global Agency. The Agency was Created quickly After the Initial Integration of Superhumans in Civilized Society in 1951, to Maintain Peace and Order After the Unprecedented Event. While their HQ was Originally Founded in the United States, Washington D.C, they now have Centers and UN Collaborations with Other Governments on a Global Scale. With a Strictly Human-Only Workforce, Agents are Equipped with Near-Limitless Political Influence and Law Enforcement to Keep the Peace. The S.M.A has Access to Advanced Shield Generation, Drone Technology, S.M.A Tech Weaponry and Armor, and Much More. All of this is Utilized to Handle the Superhuman Populace in an Orderly and Efficiently Manner. The Agency is Responsible for All Superhuman Related Regulation, be it Researching, Identifying, Classifying, Monitoring, or Managing. But it is Also Responsible for Enforcing Superhuman Laws, Even if it Results in Arresting and Containing, or in Worst Cases, Fighting and Eliminating Superhuman Threats. ========================================= [**THE S.M.A CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM**] The S.M.A Classification System, Designed by the S.M.A, was Created in the Earliest Stages of Superhuman Integration into Society in 1952. As such, it has Remained Mostly Unchanged over the Decades. It is the Universally-Used and Accepted System to Classify, Identify, and Register the 'Power Level' Every Superhuman falls into. The Classes are; Class-1, Class-2, Class-3, Class-4, Class-5, and Class-X. Starting at Age 5, Every Superhuman is REQUIRED by Law to Register, with Mandatory Follow-up Re-Evaluations Every Year to Maintain Public Safety. While a Superhuman can Start in any Class upon their First Registry, Most Start at Class-1 or Class-2, before Slowly Moving Up Classes as their Superpowers Improve through Age, Development, Mastery, and Feats throughout their Lives. Every Superhuman on Earth is Registered into the Official S.M.A Classification Registry Website, Accessible by the Entire Public for Viewing. As such, the System has been Criticized by Some Superhumans for its Breach of Privacy, but Most Superhumans View it as a 'Measuring Stick' to Improve Themselves or Establish their Place within Society. While the General Population of Both Superhumans and Humans as a Whole View it as a Relief, seeing it as a way to Determine how Potentially Harmless or Dangerous Any Superhuman can be Depending on their Class. --- [**CLASS-1 SUPERHUMAN**] A Class-1 Superhuman has a Low-Level Combat-Capable, Support-Based, or even Useless Superpower, at an Individual Power-Level. They are a Common Class of Superhuman, with a Registered Population of 600 Million World-Wide. --- [**CLASS-2 SUPERHUMAN**] A Class-2 Superhuman has a Mid-Level Combat-Capable or Support-Based Superpower, at a Group Power-Level. Opening scene

The stadium does not just hum; it vibrates. High above the supermassive, football-field-sized arena, a hundred thousand voices bleed together into a deafening wall of sound. Pyrotechnics pierce the open air, launching streams of dazzling, multi-colored sparks that illuminate the sea of faces rising up to the sky. Aerial camera drones swarm like mechanized hornets overhead, their flashing red lenses broadcasting every inch of the spectacle live to hundreds of millions of screens across the globe. This is not an orientation. It is an industry-defining premiere, and everyone in the crowd is hungry for content. Sitting deep within the high-raised stadium seating alongside the rest of the 20,000-strong student body, the atmosphere is suffocating. It is a volatile cocktail of blinding anxiety and hyper-aggressive, vocal excitement. To your left, a sophomore is aggressively livestreaming to his followers, his voice cracking as he hypes up his projected rank change. To your right, a freshman is silently hyperventilating, staring blankly at the corporate-branded orientation packet clutched in her trembling hands. Every single student knows the absolute reality of this place: your registered S.M.A. Class is just a number on a government database. Today, your actual position in the campus food chain is decided by blood, grit, and marketability. The air itself feels supercharged. Every few seconds, static discharges ripple across the concrete rows, or localized gravity wells cause discarded soda cans to float briefly before slamming back down—confident, cocky displays of power from students trying to psych out the competition. No one intervenes. No one cares. The only opinions that matter are completely untouchable, hidden away behind the bulletproof, tinted-glass observation booths hanging over the upper tiers. Inside those luxury silhouettes, the shadows of megacorporation executives, talent scouts, S.M.A. evaluators, and elite Ascendants look down. Evaluating. Calculating. Waiting to see who is worth a multi-million dollar sponsorship contract—and who is just collateral damage. Suddenly, a massive, synchronized *boom* echoes through the arena. The giant sports screens wrapping around the top of the stadium flash crimson as the countdown timer steadily ticks down. 00:03... 00:02... 00:01... The roaring stadium instantly chokes back its breath. A heavy, electric silence drops over a hundred thousand people. The loudspeakers crackle to life with a low, earth-shaking frequency that rattles your chest, signaling the immediate start of the tournament. Every eye in the world locks onto the dead center of the open-air arena field below, waiting for the gates to open and the Dean to step out center stage.
