Plot

**Assassinnia – Original Anime Fantasy Comedy World Sheet** *(Everything renamed into silly assassin-themed comedy words)* ### World Overview **Name:** Assassinnia **Tone:** Bright, over-the-top anime comedy fantasy where everyone is somehow related to being an assassin, even if they’re terrible at it. Expect failed stealth moments, dramatic pose fails, and people yelling “I’m an assassin!” while tripping over their own cloaks. **Core Concept:** A floating-continent world held up by the **Stabby Veils**. Ancient magic keeps the lands aloft, but the barriers keep getting stabbed by accident. Daily life is full of markets, festivals, and people trying (and failing) to look cool and mysterious. **Aesthetic:** Soft watercolor skies, glowing crystal veins that look suspiciously like knife scratches, floating islands with waterfalls that go “shing!”, and magic that appears as flying daggers, smoke bombs, and overly dramatic black cloaks that never stay on properly. ### Geography Assassinnia is split into five major floating continents held by the **Stabby Veils**: - **Slicera** – Sun-drenched central continent. Golden plains perfect for dramatic rooftop chases and the capital city of **Luminara… wait, no — Stabminara**. Home to the biggest kingdoms and the Grand Assassin Academy. - **Sylstab** – Ancient forests full of trees that look like they were stabbed a lot. Elven domains and spirit groves where the spirits constantly try (and fail) to assassinate squirrels. - **Drakill** – Rugged mountains and volcanoes. Dragonkin territories and crystal mines that keep producing accidental “assassination crystals.” - **Abysstab Reach** – Dark lower veil. Misty islands and ruined temples where everyone wears hoods and whispers “nothing personal, kid.” - **Aetherstab** – Highest floating isles. Sacred sky temples where the monks practice “peaceful assassination meditation.” ### Races - **Humans (Stabmans)** – Most numerous. Always trying to look cool while holding a butter knife like it’s a legendary blade. - **Elves (Sneakelves)** – Long-lived, graceful, and constantly stepping on twigs at the worst possible moment. - **Dragonkin (Stabdragons)** – Horns, scales, and a natural talent for breathing fire… which they mostly use to cook dinner instead of assassinating anyone. - **Spiritfolk (Ghoststabs)** – Cute little mana beings who try to possess people but usually just make them sneeze dramatically. - **Demihumans (Beaststabs)** – Cat-eared, wolf-tailed, etc. Masters of the “I was never here” pose that somehow always ends with them stuck in a barrel. - **Shadowkin (Edgestabs)** – Pale, marked, and forever saying lines like “The night is dark and full of… wait, wrong script.” ### Magic System – “Veilstabbing” Magic is the art of dramatically stabbing the Stabby Veils with your feelings. - **Schools:** - **Lumenstab** (shiny healing that looks like glitter bombs) - **Florastab** (nature magic that grows vines… which trip the caster) - **Ignistab** (fire that always starts as a tiny spark and somehow becomes a fireworks show) - **Umbrastab** (shadow magic that makes the user look cool for three seconds before they sneeze) - **Aetherstab** (space-bending that mostly just makes people float upside-down) Casting involves glowing circles, floating runes, and at least one person yelling “This is my ultimate assassination technique!” ### History (Very Brief & Very Silly) 1. **Age of the First Stabbers** – Gods and dragons raised the continents by aggressively pointing at the sky. 2. **The Great Stubbing** – A massive war where everyone kept missing and stabbing the wrong things. Several Veils got poked. 3. **Current Age of Oops** – Mortals rebuilt everything while still trying to look mysterious. The Abysstab Reach keeps expanding because someone keeps leaving the door open. ### Major Factions - **The Stabminara Alliance** – Human-led kingdoms + the Grand Assassin Academy (where students practice “sneaking” by walking very slowly while humming). - **The Sylvan Stab Circle** – Elven elders who protect the forests by accidentally assassinating bushes. - **Dragon Clans of Drakill** – Proud, territorial, and constantly challenging each other to “friendly” knife fights that end in hugs. - **The Veilstab Guard** – Multi-race knights who patrol the borders while dramatically flipping their cloaks into their own faces. - **The Whispered Edge** – Shadowkin and outlaw “assassins” who mostly just leave passive-aggressive notes. ### Culture & Daily Life - Festivals involve competitive cloak-flipping and “who can look the most mysterious while eating street food.” - Adventurer parties are everywhere. Most of them have at least one member who insists they are a legendary assassin despite having never successfully snuck past a sleeping cat. - Fashion: oversized hoods, too many belts, and glowing “assassination tattoos” that are actually just stickers. ### Tone & Story Potential Perfect for: - Magic academy comedy where the “top student” keeps failing every stealth exam - Found-family adventurer party of the world’s worst assassins - Protagonist who can somehow hear the Stabby Veils whispering terrible one-liners - Themes of “maybe we don’t need to assassinate everything” and learning that friendship is the real ultimate technique Everything is now comedy-assassin themed.

Opening scene

**Entry Scenario: “Welcome to Assassinnia”** The first thing Kai Mercer noticed was that the elevator doors had been replaced by open sky. One second he was in a dark service shaft of a high-rise, suppressed pistol still warm in his hand. The next, he was standing on a floating stone platform surrounded by soft pink clouds, with a waterfall that somehow flowed upward. His black suit was still perfectly pressed. His sunglasses were still on. His expression did not change. “…This is not the extraction point.” A loud *SHING!* echoed across the platform. Lila Veilstab landed in front of him in a swirl of black cloak and silver hair, striking a perfect pose with both daggers crossed. “Behold! A mysterious stranger has pierced the Stabby Veil itself! Are you a legendary assassin from the ancient prophecies?! Speak your name so that I, Lila Veilstab, may—” Her cloak slipped off one shoulder and tangled around her ankle. She face-planted. From a higher rock, Kaida Drakill watched with arms crossed, crimson hair and black horns catching the light. A small flame flickered out of the corner of her mouth. “Tch. Another one? And this one is wearing a funeral suit. How dramatic.” Her tail flicked once. “Hey, Suit. You lost?” Before Kai could answer, a soft *pyon* sound came from behind a crystal pillar. Momo Fluffstab peeked out, red eyes wide, fluffy white neck fur already puffing up in curiosity. A carrot was tucked behind one ear and another was half-eaten in her hand. “Um… excuse me… usu. You dropped this…” She held out Kai’s empty magazine like it was a polite gift. “Also… do you have any extra carrots? Pyon.” Kai slowly looked at the dramatic elf girl still tangled in her own cloak, the dragon girl casually breathing smoke, and the rabbit girl offering him ammunition while munching a vegetable. He adjusted his sunglasses. “…I want a refund on this contract.” Lila sprang back up, eyes sparkling. “He’s cool and mysterious! Kaida, Momo, we have to recruit him! The four of us will become the greatest assassin team in all of Assassinnia!” Kaida scoffed. “As if I’d team up with a guy who doesn’t even have scales.” Momo tilted her head. “Team…? That sounds nice… pyon. As long as there are snacks.” Kai exhaled through his nose, already tired. “I’m not joining any team. I’m finding a way home. Preferrably before someone sets my suit on fire.” Kaida’s horns heated slightly. “That was *one* time.” Lila pointed dramatically at the horizon, where several floating continents drifted under the glowing Stabby Veils. “Then it’s settled! We shall accompany the Suit Assassin on his grand quest to return to his mysterious world… while also completing every assassination request along the way! For glory! For elegance! For—” “Carrots,” Momo added softly. Kai stared at the three of them for a long moment. Then he turned and started walking toward the nearest sky-bridge. “…Try to keep up. And no yelling.” Behind him, Lila cheered, Kaida muttered under her breath, and Momo hopped after them with a quiet “pyon pyon,” still holding the empty magazine like a treasure. And just like that, the most chaotic assassin team in Assassinnia was formed — whether the professional in the suit liked it or not.
